New hotel with Great location in town”
Cheap for clean room with big space, free 2 bottles of water , bath gel , shampoo , and towels. 7-11 store is in front of the hotel. Robinson department store is just across the road.

Nothing bad but no more than normal”
Good aircondition, good bed( hard matress), fredge, 2 big towel, eating table and 3 chairs,clean, good wifi, good staff, no noisy location and reasonable price... But any small thing doesn't provided except shower gel and shampoo and 2 waters. Also no phone in room. I understand their efforts for low cost. But I could not wipe mouth with tissue paper .

If you want to be close to the Robinson department store, this hotel is perfect You can walk by 3 min. And the parking lot is enough

very basic room but clean. wifi connection is bad...need improvement on that. toothbrush and hot water boiler not provided.

A fair place to just spend a night to sleep. Good and firm mattress. Not very good bathroom. Budget hotel with nothing else but a room. The price is very reasonable compare to location right in downtown.

Good place to stay overnight before heading to the airport”
Nothing special - cheap. Stayed there only because i wanted to eat sushi in Central before heading to the airport.

Basic room”
This was a very basic room. The bed was hard. The towels were grubby. The shower is right by the bathroom door, so you can’t avoid getting wet feet if you use the toilet. No kettle, glasses or cups in the room. WiFi was slow. The location was fine as set back from the main road. 7/11 and Robinson’s nearby. Guests were quite noisy early morning. The curtains were very thin so don’t expect a lie in. If you get this room for around 500 baht it’s reasonable value. However when we stayed it was somewhat more.

Thank you for your comment. Since then we have added the topper on the bed and provide glasses in all rooms.

All good but be aware that there’s a school right opposite. Their speaker start blearing at 7.30 am

Cleaning process inside the room need to improve especially table and furnitures including floor.
