Best location in town ”
This is a lovely family run business. They couldn’t be more helpful & accommodating. The cottages are stunning and you can walk to most of the best sites in Ayuttayha from here. The Buddhas head in the tree roots / Wat Mahathatis a 5min walk.

This hotel is very convenient to stay and there are many of restaurants around the hotel close to the historical city. I love walking around there early in the morning (6-7am), staffs are friendly This place Close to the van to Bangkok easy if you need to travel there.

The room quite small and looks old but good cleanliness. Hotel's location is among good restaurant. They give a coupon for breakfast at Kao Mun Kai opposite of hotel, very testy. Owner so very friendly.

Small Rustic, Boutique”
Great, friendly owner of a small but cosy boutique hotel, we stayed in the villa and they are pet friendly so we brought our cat along, Was close to town and easy to find, excellent for a Ayuthaya visit

Cute boutique Motel but...”
I was initially confused as I ordered a Superior Double Room and it was cramped. I contacted the Owner or manager and was told they upgraded me. I was not impressed but the place defiantly grew on me. I think they should Re organize the Agoda page as what I wanted and what I got were two different things. The room was fine and location is great. Few Wats ( Historical Pagodas) and some cool bars/Restaurants are walking distance, 1-2 blocks away. I would stay here again but will make sure to get one of the cute cabins next time.

The owner was super nice and very helpful. Loved having bicycles for free to go to nearby restaurants and cafés. The garden was so peaceful and serene, lots of bird song :) But the room was ridiculously small (we took the "bungalow" with an individual patio) and cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Mold on shower curtains. Water never drains in the shower because the drain hole is elevated. Leaves a huge puddle of bath water at your feet every single time.

Hostile environment”
The staff at reception was rude with me and my child (an 8 years old girl) a few times. It seemed he needed to control everything we did at the kitchen area. At new years at 8 night he closed the fridge where we had all our vegetarian meals and we had to ask him to open it up, which he unwillingly did. He was watvhing everything my child did - a vrry wuiet girl - as if only for walking around she would break something. It seems children are not welcome there. The sensation is that despite the other guests kindness, for Bob children are disruptive. Besides this , we asked for a twin bed and got a big queen soze bed for both of us, and stuff at room was not clean. Would never come back again.

I just stayed for 1 night. staffs are so kindly and tidy. They supported my traveling as much as possible. I appreciate. There is some kind type of rooms. Next time I wanna stay in the bungalow. It looked cozy.

Ansprechendes Guesthouse”
Schöne kleine Anlage mit Pool, gute Zimmer und Bad. Kompetenter und hilfsbereiter Chef, ordentliches Frühstück. Gute Lage in der Nähe des Nachtmarktes. Im Augenblick noch immer kein Songthau zur Alten Stadt/Historical Park. Für zwei Nächte zu empfehlen, Ayuthaya ist ansonsten eine wirkliche Thai-Provinzstadt, abends werden die Bürgersteige hochgeklappt.
