Older Thai style resort”
definitely a Thai style resort with the typical Thai mattress. An older resort with a well kept garden grounds surrounded by water. English was very limited. The bungalow we stayed in was fairly small, and sparsely furnished. Didn't need the aircon as it was cool weather, but the hot water for the shower worked well. While English was very limited, I had no problems since my wife is Thai, the staff was very friendly. The restaurant has an extensive menu including imported steaks, which the will deliver to your room. We were traveling through the area so only spent one night. Served our purposes well, but nothing fancy.

I spent one hour at the so-called reception counter where the one person on duty not only had no record at all of my prepaid, two-day reservation, but had to call the manager who was not even located at the "resort?" who wanted to know how much I had paid for the room. After spending almost an hour waiting, I was shown to a very basic, unacceptable room. I was finally shown a much better room, though still not what I had thought I had reserved. As I had no other real choice, I finally agreed to stay, primarily because the housekeeper/maid was extremely pleasant and was trying hard to please me. I had booked and paid for room that was supposed to include breakfast, but the "resort?" had no restaurant. I was directed to a roadside restaurant outside of the gate and grounds of the "resort?" the following morning and they seemed bewildered as to why I had been sent there even though their name was similar to the "resort's?" name. I was told that the owners of the two properties were siblings, but that they ran their businesses separately. However, I was finally given a breakfast, but without the coffee I had asked for. When I checked out the following morning I was told by the woman at the reception counter to please go back to the restaurant for breakfast and not to worry because all problems had been straightened out. However, the restaurant was completely dark and closed up although I arrived at the same time as the previous morning. We chose to have our breakfast at a 7-11.

Can be better”
Staff is very kindly and they try to do their best, but they have only bad english, mostly not enough. I can talk without words, so we understand mostly. And Wifi don't work like it is promised. And breakfast is really poor.

Over priced, Dirty, Poor maintenance”
We booked 3 rooms together. One of the room air conditional not working. one of the room toilet bowl flashing handle is broken, light not working. Water pressure is very low. Rooms are all very small. Overall standard is not up to the price that we are paying. there are many more resort around that area which are not listed in agoda but value for money. The hotel did not fulfilled the booking contract even the voucher stated breakfast is provided but we are told no breakfast and asked us to eat at their hotel restaurant. As my friend is not available to drive us out to eat in the morning we have to pay and eat at the hotel restaurant with more than 20 house flies flying and sharing your breakfast.

Nice”
Rough by western standards, but comfortable. Staff was always very friendly and helpful. Meow (not sure about the spelling) at the front desk, speaks excellent english and couldn't do enough for me and my wife.

In need of a facelift”
This was one of only two options in the town of Nongwuaso to stay in. The cabins were small and our bathroom was very old and in need of an update. The drains were in the wrong corner of the bathroom so our floor was always wet. The staff speak almost no English, but did try their best. Although the food menu was limited, the food tasted delicious. Overall, it was a pleasant enough stay.

Authentic Thai Resort”
This place is a world away from the madness of Bangkok. It is lovely, quiet, peaceful, great value for money. The staff are lovely and very attentive. The only complaint is that the hot water system was very poor, so we would often have shower's in the middle of the day as the water was cold by evening and it does get quiet cold in Northern Thailand. But otherwise, a lovely stay.

Hotel price too high for a 2 Star Hotel ”
The staff did everything they could to make the stay pleasurable. However the rooms are basic in design with little to non-existent storage furniture and toiletries consisted of two small tablets of soap with no shampoo or other extras associated with an away from home facility. The in room phone did not work, toilet backed up with heavy rainfall and the room had multiple gaps in the wooden walls that allowed easy access for insects and lizards, the latter depositing large stool samples on the bed at a regular frequency.

einmal und nie wieder ...... bretterbude mit gefängnisstyle (eisenschließtüren innen). die zimmerbilder wurden entweder am ersten tag geschoßen oder mit photoshop geschönt. da dies das einzigste Hotel im Umkreis war wird auch kräftig zugelangt beim zimmerpreis, dieser entspricht keinesfalls der gebotenen leistung. besser hotel in udon oder bua lampoo anmieten als dieses.

จัดไปทางแย่มาก”
รีสอร์ทห้องค่อนข้างแย่กว่าราคาที่เสียไป ผ้านวมยังไม่ใส่ปลอกผ้านวม กระดาษทิชชู่ไม่เตรียมให้ต้องโทรไปตาม ที่สำคัญอาหารเช้าค่อนข้างสับสนมาก ที่รีสอร์ทไม่มีการประสานงานกับห้องอาหารทำให้เสียเวลามาก นอกจากนั้นตอนจองบอกมีอาหารเช้าแต่พอถึงเวลาจริงกลับให้สั่งอาหารได้หัวละ 100บาทซึ่งไม่มีการแจ้งจากรีสอร์ทก่อน อาหารบางอย่างสั่งไม่ได้พนักงานที่ร้านก็ไม่ได้แจ้งก่อน

ที่พักแตกต่างจากภาพมาก เก่า สกปรก ห้องนอนเหมือนทำความสะอาดทิ้งไว้นานแล้วแต่ไม่มีคนเข้าพัก บน้ตียงมีแต่ฝุ่น แมลงที่ตายแล้ว ขี้จิ้งจก ใต้เตียงมีไข่จิ้งจกกลิ้งออกมา นอนแล้วโดนแมลงกัดทั้งคืนเพราะเตียงไม่สะอาด ตัวลูกเป็นจุดแดงๆจ้ำๆ ทั้งบวมและคันมาก
