Awesome hotel with amazing staff!! ”
A near disaster initially (no tub in the suite!!), which was swiftly and very well dealt with the manager on duty, Ben! Turned out to be one of the best family holiday with something for everyone. The children had a blast with the gaming table provided at the hotel lobby. Hubby and I were pleased with the premier lounge that provided us a place to hang out and chit chat in the mornings while the children gamed to their fill at the lobby. Baby was pleased with all the attention she was getting from all the service staff everywhere she went!! Room was also very comfortable, very welcoming for kids. Housekeeping was super generous with the supplies and we never had to ask for more. To all the staff that assisted us on the trip, thank you for the lovely memories! Take care!

The best hotel you could find in the city centre of Bangkok!!”
The location of this hotel is literally the best thing ever. You will be surrounded by many many big shopping malls and famous places in Thailand: Siam Paragon, Siam Square, Central World, 20 minutes walk to Pratunam, and 5 minutes walk to Chulalongkorn University, which is the top university in Thailand. The staff was so nice, polite, helpful, and very professional. Fortunately, the day I checked in, they upgraded my room to a deluxe room for free! The room was sooo clean, no dust, but the air conditioner is very cold even though it’s switched to 30 Celsius and the technician came to fix already. The hospitality service is 10/10. Despite the air conditioner issue I had, this place is highly recommended for me! I will surely stay here again

Great location with wonderful service”
The hotel is located very near Chulalongkorn University, so it is the best option for a nice stay during the commencement ceremony. The staff were polite and supportive. Although this was the first time I spent at Novotel Siam Square, I got an upgraded room from superior room to executive premier room. This made our stay so memorable. The executive premier room was on the premier floor and had a very nice city view. The room was very clean and convenient. The hotel housekeeping staff were also friendly.

Accommodating staff, central location near mts train station”
We arrived just in time for check-in. Pump, the receptionist, was so kind to upgrade our room with more space for free when she learned that we are travelling with 2 children. The hotel is very near Siam Station and Siam Paragon Mall which makes it convenient for guests to explore the city and to buy some grocery if needed. A 7-11 is nearby, and MBK is walking distance from Novotel. Overall, our 4-night stay was pleasant. The housekeeping staff is always accommodating with our requests specially for a bucket of ice everyday (because the weather in bangkok is so warm). During our stay, there is a food park with barbeque and fruits nearby for is it May Festival. We are very happy with the location because Siam Paragon, the mall nearby is complete from grocery, food court and fast food restaurants and Kidzania which is one of our tour’s purpose.

Initially booked the wrong room type (two single bed) and had requested agoda to contact the hotel to change it but agoda reverted that the hotel did not have any rooms of my preferred type (superior queen). When we check in, we again requested for double beds instead of giving us a double bed, they gave us both a double bed and a free upgrade to the deluxe room. The room was clean, housekeeping was fast, bed was comfortable, location was convenient from the airport and in the center. Breakfast was an international selection and was good.

First timer! ”
This is my first time in Thailand, with long flights and all the paper work needed to travel was with the multiple headaches. The hotel staff picks you up form the airport, checks you in, followed by the Covid test requirements and you enter a clean, spacious room to rest after all the traveling you just did, followed by breakfast that is to your choosing. My first time here and the hotel has made me feel welcome and comfortable!

An SHA Plus+ Hotel with Respect”
This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed at Novotel for my Test and Go program. They immediately tested me after check-in and provided me my room key so that I could comfortably retire for the evening. The room is pleasant. The location is fantastic and I will stay there again next time I stop in Bangkok. No complaints. Outstanding staff with a sense of humor!

Great Hotel”
Originally booked 6 nights, but added an additional 10 nights to hang out in Bangkok. Started September 25 and will check out October 11. The staff are super nice.........Soft, Gift, Praew, and Tah in Reception are my favorites. I forget his name, but the manager (from England) in the Gourmet Bar is super nice also. The location is excellent. Just a 2-3 minute walk to the BTS SkyTrain at Siam. Siam Paragon Mall is a 2-3 minute walk, CentralWorld Mall is about a 5 minute walk. I will be back in March for the Green Day Concert at Impact Arena.

Novotel Bangkok on Siam Square best place for family,couple or even on business trip.Good location to all eating outlets and not forgetting shopping.Reception staffs are all very friendly and they're not strict on their checking out time.Unlike some hotels they'll kick you out at 12 noon or else they'll charge u half day rate.They even gave us an extra bed without any charge at all.We'll definitely be back to stay in their hotel again..

Novotel is a great hotel and a good value when you think about what you’re walking distance too. Also, the staff and receptionist are very welcoming. I stayed in Novotel Siam Square Bangkok a few times. Their service is superb. The bed is super comfy, hotel is clean and nice Bangkok view. I like their breakfast buffet and lounge, they served western, indian, chinese and local thai. Good location and super convenient that I can reach all the key locations within distance from the hotel. Right opposite, cross the road there is a 7-11 convenient store and Starbucks. Cross a bridge will reach Siam Paragon and link to the rest of Siam Malls. I will definitely book this hotel again.
