We enjoyed the stay at the hotel. Places of interests were more or less within walking distance. Pretty good street food too. Room is well sized and loved the tub/bathroom. Its very near to the war remnants and palace too.

Nice but no sound proofing...”
Staff was really nice, room is clean and well equiped. Only bad thing about this hotel is the sound proofing of the rooms which is terrible for an hotel of this standing. Cleaning staff was really loud and yelling outside your room from 8 am to 11 am which is really anoying :/ Appart from that everything was great !

The room was MUCH smaller than the picture made it seem. Also, they are very strict about towels. I took a fsce towel with me to play badminton and when I got back a staff member confronted me about it. It's a towel!! I also used a face towel as a napkin since they didn't have any in the room and they charged me for it. I admit I did soil it but it's just not friendly customer service. The breakfast was pretty basic. That being said the location is great, not far from most things a foreigner would want in Saigon and facilities themselves were nice.

Good location and room is quiet. Pre-Deluxe. I am still puzzled about my booking of 3 nights but I only had one day of breakfast attached to it. Breakfast is good. Staff are friendly. My room roof had some noise which at times woke me up. I think it might be the aircon compressor or something.

Friendly staff and I often get free upgrade somehow, I think it has something to do with low fillrate of the hotel because of covid, but I got it a few times anyways. Clean, rather small but compact.
