Helpful Staff”
I booked an overnight stay for my mom and sister. I called the reception at 3am to asked them if they could knock on my mom and sister’s room because they were not answering the phone and they need to wake up early for PRC appointment. I was so glad that they did not hesitate to help me. They were kind and helpful. Location wise, I think it’s a good spot if you have an appointment to PRC, it’s only 5-10min drive away. It’s close to SM Davao as well.

Perfect location near everything”
The hotel was in a perfect location it is near SM Ecoland and downtown Davao City. I was expecting a tiny hotel room(based on the pictures) but was shocked when the room had a dining/kitchenette and living room area. Only downside was the shower curtains smelled kinda bad (kulob) but the smell eventually goes away when you leave the bathroom door open for awhile. Everything else was clean the room even had 2 air-conditioning units one in the living room and one in the bedroom. Will book this again when we return to Davao ☺️

Pros: Big room, air-condition is fully functioning Cons: No WiFi at room, water heater not functioning, low water pressure, defective toilet flush, intermittent signal cable, no refill of toiletries, have to call front desk to make-up room even the notice was already placed in the door knob

No 24 hour water supply”
Our room is just on the 2nd floor so we did our bath to other (uncleaned) room located on the ground. Thanks for the response anyway.

I was disappointed.”
On January 16, 2020, around 19:00, the receptionist's attitude is very bad. The young man who seemed to be the resident of the apartment next door was noisy loudly at midnight, and it was not able to sleep for two days. It's not worth staying at a place where the guests can't sleep. I'll never stay again unless this improves. It was very good when I stayed on November 21st, 2019.

The place is quiet..”
Its a simple apparttel its my second time here it's conciderate if you have a car, they have a parking space and the manung guard very please to give us umbrella coz it was raining that night thank you manong guard.

Allergy outbreak, no generator/water tank?”
Location was great; staff helps in booking taxis for us. Good because the area is like a small home; spacious and we can cook. However, the curtains and I don't know what else sets off our allergies because of dust (had to have the curtains changed because when you move it, you can see the dust fall) and the scent from their linens/new curtains were too strong for us too. I know that scent is a personal preference, but it is not good for those who are sensitive to allergens. We all kept on sneezing and having runny noses! Davao had a 24-hr no water schedule and so we were not able to take a bath or cook. They provided water in a bucket but we used those to wash/freshen up and flush the toilet. Also had a brownout and there was no generator and not a single emergency light. Wifi was very weak in the room. Had to go out to get signal where there's plenty of mosquitoes.

Can accomodate a big family”
We booked the family suite and it was nice. It has two bedrooms. The main room has two large beds and the smaller room has one single bed. It's like a small house for rent. It has a spacious receiving area. It's good for event preparation. I had my wedding preparation in that Apartelle. It was a good experience.

Relaxing stay... worth what I paid for! ”
I stayed with my husband , 2 y/0 daughter and brother for 3 nights to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary. When we get to the suit, the receptionist was accommodating and all smiles. In just about 2 or 3 minutes, we're already in our room. We rented the double room and what I like about the it is that its furnished with sofa, dining table, ref and kitchen utensils (maybe enough for 5 guests). They also provided the electric stove, kettle and rice cooker. By the way, the CR is spacious and equipped with hot and cold water... and its clean. There's also a washing area at the back of each suit so guests can hang their clothes or do the laundry if needed. Well, they need to provide pail and dipper in the CR, we don't have one when we stayed - I don't know if we have to ask, I didn't bother to ask anyway. Security wise, it's good since they have 24-hr SG... my only worry was inside the room where we stayed (Suite #7), the bigger one. The window at the said doesn't have any railings and I have a 2-yr old with me and would like to open everything. Its just dangerous 'coz z child might fall. In general, its a good place to stay especially for family or groups. I will definitely stay there again!
