Good value for the price”

I paid usd 10 for a personal room, with attached bathroom. Now, tell me where else I can get the same ?!?! Hotel is smacked right in middle of traditional wet market, which to me is a plus I like to know, buy local stuffs . Room is adequate at most, for a night's sleep. You won't feel pampered. The 2 youngish sisters that attended to me during my stay are amazing, and that itself could mean I may have return for another night's stay. Any longer than 1 night stay ... I may have to look beyond this property

The staff are very friendly and the hotel room are complete with everything. Really recommended for anyone who would like to visit Vietnam. Near to ben thanh market. And for those hijab's lover, sarony hijab shop is around the corner.

Served my needs”

My trip to Vietnam was enhanced by this choice of hotel. Modest sized room which is perfect for me. I don’t hang in rooms when I travel. They are for recovery from excursion. The staff were extremely helpful to this first time vietnam traveler helping with advice and directions. The location made it easy for me to walk to major HCMC attractions and food. I peeled out for one night to go to Vung Tau, where I also stayed at an OYO location, and the staff advised me on bus travel etc. The lobby opens on to a bustling street market where I ate multiple meals with friendly people. If you’re high maintenance and need a grand and glorious hotel this might not be your place but if you want comfortable, friendly, clean, easy in and out, and affordable then you should consider this.

Don't waste your time or money. Very noisy, rubbish aircon, not clean, old sheets, rock hard bed. To complete the picture the front desk had little English and a little interest.

J'ai déjà fait un commentaire auparavant. Cette guesthouse neuve à la réalisation digne de l'arriération habituelle est dangereuse au niveau escalier (marche en biais= chute, passage de 1,65m , attention à la montée, marche de hauteur de 30 cm au moins, génial pour les enfants!), porte de la chambre qui s'ouvre en étant fermée, salle de bain piscine, l'eau stagne à l'entrée (> super quand on se lève plusieurs fois la nuit!), le jeune de 15 ans vraiment pas dégourdi, l'eau chaude n'est pas installée et ils m'ont demandé 10 $ supplémentaires pour avoir la clime et une chambre un chouya plus grande (généralement c'est 4 $!). Bon, c'est propre car neuf. Mais le comble c'est que le tenancier m'a demandé de payer en cash sans récépissé alors que je suis débité sur ma carte par Agoda. 55 $, ça fait cher une chambre que j'estime à 18$ à condition qu'il y ait l'eau chaude! Il y a assez d'autres guesthouses partout ailleurs!

Thái độ nhân viên lễ tân quá tệ. Lúc checkin thì checkin muộn 45p. Tụi mình vẫn ok. Nhg đến lúc out 12:01 p thì nhân viên tỏ thái độ khó chịu, hằn học. Nói là tại sao đã dặn trc rồi mà còn trễ. Phòng vệ sinh thì hôi nồng nặc mùi cống. Dép thì 3 ng nhưng chỉ có 1 đôi.

1) Ưu: - Nhân viên dọn phòng và lễ tân lễ phép, nhiệt tình. - Vị trí trung tâm, cách tháp Bitexco và Takashimaya, phố đi bộ Nguyễn Huệ chỉ vài phút đi bộ. - Phòng sạch sẽ, thoáng. 2) Nhược: Bạn chủ khách sạn không hiểu sao mỗi lần khách có việc hỏi đều có vẻ mặt và thái độ không được niềm nở. Tôi ở 2 đêm 2 người tuy nhiên chỉ được 2 chai nước 330ml ngày đầu tiên. Khăn tắm không được mềm. Khách sạn ở trong phố chợ lề đường nên taxi khó chịu khi phải vô đây. Tiện hơn nếu đi từ đường Hàm Nghi rẽ vào.
