the location is inside a subdivision with no access to any taxi you have to ask the staff to call for taxi to pick you up from hotel you can have access to Taxi very fast the rooms are clean staff are friendly the facility is very minimal at least they should have a electric kettle to boil water for having tea or coffee or having some noodles dont forget we are in COVID situation we can jot ask the staff to send hot water from their reservation desk for us they dont have even a small fridge in hot season there is no fridge so you can have a cold water or soft drink in the hotel there is no restaurant so at least if there is a fridge you can order food from outside and have it in the fridge so it will not be spoiled but in total if i have to travel for business to the same place i will book this hotel again thanks

The rooms are very spacious and clean. Bathroom needs refurbishing. Internet is okay. Staff needs to improve on endorsing concerns in between their shifts. Breakfast are only made to order and you need to let them know a day before if you will be getting one since their cook is on-call only. We ordered but the staff was not able to relay this information hence no breakfast was served which is quite disappointing. The compound has a very sweet dog that you can play with if you’re a dog lover. The place is inside a village and you need to ask the front desk to call a cab from the gate or you can ride a tricycle up to the gate. Overall, place is nice for a little staycation and I would recommend this place if you just plan on taking some time off from the hustle and bustle of davao city without travelling too far.

The linen and bed are comfy, the comfort room is big but wall tiles and toilet bowl base was not properly brushed. The worst part of our stay is the mosquitoes that we have to sprayed with water based baygon so that we can sleep well.

The hotel is fine, very clean and have free toiletries. But the only problem is the heater in the bathroom, it was kinda not functioning well.

Fine Hotel, located in a quiet remote area, but on the other hand relatively near to the SM Lanang / Davao. WiFi sometimes a little bit too slow, effective and silent aircon, friendly personal.
