Family room”
My wife and I traveled to HCMC for a couple of days. We do this often. The family room in This hotel was perfect for us. I booked on Agoda and thought we were getting 2 doubles or 2 queens, but ended up in a very large and clean room with 1 double, 1 queen, and 1 single. We travel with a toddler, so having the extra beds are great. He has room to play, and we can push one bed against the wall and use pillows on the other side for him. It saves us the trouble of bringing a crib. There is no breakfast at the hotel, and we didn’t interact with the staff much, but all the facilities and conveniences were working correctly. Good air, fridge worked, hot water..etc. this is not often the case even in more expensive hotels. I will book again. Cleanliness of the room was an extra plus.

New hotel in perfect location, 2 minutes walk to bui vien. Friendly staff.. Rooms are modern and with really nice beds and bedsheets. Huge bathrooms.. Highly recommended if you looking for nice modern rooms in good location..

very cheap stay for a couple nights. In a dirty area but easy to walk to other areas for food and entertainment. Can't complain for $12AUD a night

Hotel location is not great for a taxi driver to find. the entrance was not great you need to go forward in a narrow street. hot water is good and the room is good and a lighting facility is great at the room. the one problem is the noise outside at 10PM. you will hear the song on bad rhythm,,hey, yo hey yo hey hey yo,,,yahoooo for an hour. If you are going to just spend a night or two, then this hotel is ok for you. The hotel is more like a 2-star type. You have to walk through a small alley to get there. If it rains, it’s difficult to find a ride and not getting wet. There is a MyLife Cafe nearby (about 200 meters walk). The hotel is a 10-minute walk to Bui Vien Street to grab some cold beer/drinks. The hotel also charges VND150,000.00 if you wish to check-in early. And the Wi-Fi? it’s pretty much reliable.

I have paid cash on my first day of arrival for Studio Apartment for 3 Nights (at pricing SGD$108.03 about VND1, 848,015). But I was given a Duluxe Room at Room Number 204 for the 3 nights. Room booked is much more smaller not as same comfirm reservation booked. I am a frequent traveller and I have been booking hotels around Ho Chi Minh City and other parts of Central Vietnam. This is the first time where the property accommodation 1) did not issue a client/ visitor after paying in cash VND1, 848,015. 2) and also the first time where the property which is Savanna Hotel did not promised the same room accommodation as booked. 3) Today 25 June 2019, I check out from your property. I have asked for the receipt again.. I have got the same reply from the guy serving at the front desk. In the end, I have request him to email the receipt to show that I have paid VND1, 848,015. Till now I have not received a single email of the receipt. I will hope that your management team will look it.

Avoid rooms 601 and 602. They have a bar 3 metres from your door. (Inside of the same hotel).With very loud music until 00.00-01.00 am. (despitenat the receptiom they will say to you that they will turn off music at 22.00-22.30.

Booked room with balcony, was informed on the day room unavailable moved to apparently nicer room for same price . I would have cancelled only was non refundable and already paid for airport pick up , has a nice roof top bar , and the bar staff nice , a little expensive for what you get

Terrible experience!”
First of all, the hotel are old. facilities are be downgraded. When we was checked in the room are terribly dirty. I am really sure the linen are not been changed. The shower are broken. The owner or manager are rule! Not recommended for anyone and for sure will never come back.

To start this hotel was very cheap, but it has no reviews. This is why... - we were not greeted, or smiled at. The staff on reception don’t speak a word of English. Granted this isn’t their fault however when you try to communicate with someone you expect a level of politeness or gestures to suggest they are trying to figure out what they are saying or what you are saying to them. It took 20 minutes for us to check in because the man on reception couldn’t speak English so continued serving other guests who could speak Vietnamese. When he eventually checked us in he walked off mid conversation to get help. Just rude. The hotel is new and - not finished! There’s building work going on everywhere, the lift is dodgy as hell, wires and cables hanging out everywhere as well. The room is decent, it’s new and modern. But our shower drain stank of urine, and every time you had a shower the power cut out! To top it off - the cleaner washed our floor in our room, but with my boyfriends bag of clothes on the floor. The floor was soaking wet when we came in along with all of his clothes soaking wet. In short terms ... don’t stay here.
