Perfect for Families and Solo Travelers ”

Hands down one of the best places I've stayed at in Davao. Their room is a studio type complete with living room and kitchen appliances. They have a mini living room area, kitchen, and dining table. The best part of my stay was the twin bed; I slept like a baby through the night because of the clean, fresh, and soft bed linens. The staff was accommodating and courteous. The facility is more or less 5 minutes away from the highway where you can catch a ride to roam the city. I'll be back for sure! Kudos to OYO!

Super super nice stay”

First of all thank you to the staff and the management our stay was so good.. The price is so cheap..The room was so nice,cute and cozy.. It smells good when we enter...the staff are very accommodating.. The #1 thing i love was the room bcoz it is so cute i really love the design and it has complete amenities. I really love the small kicthen even though we did not use it... I highly recommend their hotel.. I am a hotelier myself so i am so happy with my stay there.. Thank you Solange Apartelle

Value for money, close to market and grocery store, fast food chains, when we get in its the first time I heard my daughters saying wow, they loved the room, spacious and more importantly it’s really clean, since the property is new, so everything works properly, the staffs were courteous specially Raymond Herbolingo, always attends to our needs, would definitely recommend and going back again

Great little place”

Placed in Matina GSIS this place is quietly situated but close to the local stores. I did not expect much for the decent price and the 15 square meters but the room has really all u need. Good solid bed with no edges (great for us taller Europeans) Good working kitchen utensils, tv and airco. All very new and clean. Friendly staff always ready to help out and they keep the surroundings very clean. (Shout out to Raymond) Will be visiting again.

Very nice room”

Very nice room that exceeded my expectations. Kind of contrary to the total experience was that (extra) towels seemed difficult to obtain. Also the room was not automatically cleaned, not even when I put the sign. The last seems a general issue with apartelle type accommodation, so I don't take it as a real negative. I will certainly stay again big ever.

Highly Recommended”

I stayed here for almost 1 week and i love the room size. The facility are excellent and what i love the most are the kitchenette, they have a microwave, rice cooker, refrigerator and electric kettle. The location is also nice, near market and grocery. Also, feel safe because of the 24 hours surveillance camera and 24 hours personnel. I will surely be coming back at this accommodation.

Nice apartelle with mini-kitchen”

What i like about this apartelle is that it has a mini-kitchen where you can cook your own food. It has a gas stove, microwave oven, electric kettle, and kitchen utensils plus a refrigerator. The bed and linens are clean for a comfortable sleep. The only thing that concerns me is the bathroom smell. An undesirable smell will emerge as you open the bathroom door. Maybe its an isolated case in our room. There's a limited space for parking. I think only two vehicles will fit inside their parking. But you will have to move your car if the car in front of you will go outside. You can also park your car beside the property.

Been there for 2 nights. The property is tidy, staff were very courteous and helpful.... looking forward to have a complimentary breakfast as this place needs a walk about 10mins outside the residential area for the guest to grab something to eat. Over-all... one 👍🏻

Still One of the Best Options in Davao”

The first time I stayed here, I was in awe of the room/amenities; the bed was large, the room had small dining furniture, ref, microwave, and sofa. If you open up the drawers, you'll even see kitchen utensils for eating! I even loved the TV channels (I was looking forward to this for my next visits). The staff was great; he was friendly and very helpful. Fast forward to my second stay and I was disappointed. They gave me a room with a really small bed when it was supposedly for 2 people. I had ridiculously lousy channels. There was a cockroach in the room. And, I was checked out a day before I was supposed to. Their staff was great; they were friendly, helpful, and professional. The amenities could be better/consistent with every room.

Irritating Noise, Super Limited Channels”

This is my favorite accommodation in Davao but my recent stay was a bummer; the "water pump" was going on nonstop for 24 hours. The staff said it would stop when the tank's been filled but it never did. The window seemed like it was going to fall off even with gentle wind. I think it had problems with installation. I barely had sleep. To top that off, I asked for a room with HBO but nothing. All the TV had was basic subscription, meaning super limited channels. At least choose a plan with 1 HBO.

Dissapointment this time”

Been here last year and I was very positive. Although it is still a great place for a good price there were some unpleasant surprises. The airco was not working well. It took very long to cool the room. At night there was a powercut and it took some time before they fixed it. My wife left a bit stain on the bedding and although I find a small penalty reasonable. We had to pay an amount similar as the roomrate as penalty. Now in the Philippines where laundry costs you 30 peso the kilo this feels like taking advantage of a little accident. So still a good place for your money but in ways of service it is as low as the price you pay. Also the employees were different from last time. Seems staff changes fast.

Loud water pump”

The water pump was very loud and couldn’t sleep at all. The room itself was good but doesn’t matter if you can’t sleep.
