Good for the money”

Good value. Breakfast was ok, have a fresh omelet! Pool is nice, bed comfortable and firm. Wifi weak, tv Thai only. Room clean.

The only drawback is the distance to Ranong City - takes about 10-15 minutes by taxi. Rent a bike or be prepared to pay 400 Bath for every return trip to the city. The resort itselves is very much for the money, and very service minded staff!

Have to chainge there way to host falang people”

We arriwe ranong in morning flyight at 7:40 nok air in morning.at hotel we was 8:30.tsek in is 12:00 pool opens 10:00.there was no drinkking water to buy.nobody speak english.they hosted some local thai dinner for many people and make us feel we was not welcommed there.when kitchen opens there was allmost half of menu no have.many locals come after us and get their rooms ready before us.we was waiting with small children in the mid day sun in the heat.no taxi no shops no nothing in walkking distance.we don't speak tai language but after litle while when you here again and again falang this falang that falang falang falang you understand they are talkking abaot you and not so kind way.

wedding was planned making it unseemly to use pool in midst of wedding ceremony. room was small. bed not comfortable. ants, roaches, mosquitoes in room. TV was not working and had to be sorted upon check in. Went to restaurant to have something to eat only to be told it was not available due to wedding. When they saw my reaction they offered to make us something and bring to the room. All in all a bad experience

Very green environment, very clean room, friendly staff, good value for money”

Though low price, this property is a very beautiful green garden. The room is very clean. The staff are very friendly. By the way, the in-house cafe is a must–it serves decent coffee, tea and other drinks with some dishes and pastries.

Beautiful resort ”

We stayed in the room name “ Tent Bangalore # 12” and “ Beer tank Bangalore #14” The room were cleaned and cozy. Unfortunately there was a floor work going on at the reception area, therefore we got disturbed by the sounds of hammer during daytime.

As we arrived at around 11pm,,there was only one member of staff present...who showed us the prebooked rooms...as we were a family of five we booked two rooms but unfortunately there were quite far apart...so the staff member went out of his way, close to midnight , to make sure we have adjacent rooms.,and they were absolutely beautiful. Only stayed for one night but would definitely go back and stay longer...loved the quirky place and beautiful scenery around it .

Wonderful hotel”

We arrived at 9 a.m. to see if they would allow us to store our luggage there until it was time to check in. We had taken the overnight bus to get there and were so tired that we just wanted to dump our bags somewhere so we could go eat. There was a wonderful young man working the front desk who spoke very good English and he informed us that the rooms had all been cleaned and he would be happy to let us check in early. I cannot say enough good things about this man, he helped us out many times over our stay, making phone calls in Thai for us and helping us figure out how to get to where we wanted to go. The rooms were extremely clean, the pool was very, very clean and in good condition and the kids got such a kick out of the different houses, especially the upside down house. The resort is about ten minutes outside of town, so to us that was a benefit since we didn't want to be near the hustle and bustle. The breakfast in the morning was okay, pretty much on par with what most Thai hotels offer. The only issue we had was the construction work being done at 7:30 in the morning. We don't often get to sleep late, so since we were on vacation we had hoped to be able to do so. Hammering and yelling to each other that early in the morning is not a good idea, especially since everything is in such close proximity. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Mooi resort met nette en leuke huisjes”

We hebben drie nachten verbleven in de Ufo house op het resort. Het was een leuk en schoon huisje (in de vorm van een ufo) met alles erop en eraan. Elk huisje op het resort is in geheel eigen stijl vormgegeven (Upside-down house, Bamboo house, etc.) en het personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We hebben twee maal avondgegeten in het bijbehorende restaurant, echt een aanrader! Het eten was erg lekker en niet duur. Goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding in een resort met een rustige ligging.

-strenger Schimmelgeruch im Zimmer, trotz geöffnetem Fenster -laut, weil an Schnellstraße und Ein/Ausfahrt gelegen -lautes Hahn/Hühnergegacker ab 2am und den ganzen Tag vor den Zimmern -gelangweiltes Personal, nur mit mobile phone beschäftigt -kaum möglich Essen/Trinken/Obst zu bestellen, da kein Menue auf englisch oder Bilder -dann kommt alles falsch

Positive Überraschung”

Sehr extravagante Anlage mit lauter bunten Fantasiehäusern und einem schönen Pool. Für Familien sehr geeignet. Wir waren von der Größe und Ausstattung positiv überrascht bei dem günstigen Preis. Wir hatten ein Standardzimmer mit Terrasse.
