Сказочный отель”
Путешествуем часто, но твердо могу сказать, что этот отель лучший из всех, где мы были. Располагается чуть в удалении от города, но такси стоят дешево, плюс от отеля ходит бесплатный шаттл. Очень-очень красивая территория, шикарные бунгало и виллы. Очень вкусная еда (подороже, чем в городе, но качество еды на 5+). Приезжая в отель, чувствуешь особое гостеприимство от работающих там людей. Душевная теплота, искреннее желание помочь, приветливость - кажется, что ты желанный гость, которому рады. Не описать словами красоту территории отеля. И не выразить словами благодарность людям, работающим там. Нас приветливо встретили, дали номер (виллу) лучше, чем мы заказывали и тепло проводили на трансферт к самолету среди ночи, в ливень...разбудив половину работников отеля, чтоб нас проводить) Да еще и машину дали на класс выше заказанной, вручили с собой ланч-боксы, воду. СКАЗКА, в которую хочется вернуться. Если будем еще в Хюэ посетим именно этот отель опять!!!

Remarkable service”
So worth the money! They had three swimming pools: a medium one, a big one, and a heated pool, all outdoor). We could spend the whole day swimming! The pool water was the cleanest we have seen, and the heated pool was so amazing. The room was spacious and smelled so good upon arrival because they had put some sort of essential oil in the room. The resort was very quite and peaceful, perfect if you want to get away from all the hustle-bustle in the city. Service was top-notch. The staff was so attentive and professional. My sister even received a small gift on her birthday. The complimentary massage that came with my booking was also great. Breakfast was really good with so many choices. We just felt so pampered staying here.

Great value and service ”
I stayed at this property for two nights during my recent traveling in hue city, and it was fantastic. The staff were exceptional in their service . When I stayed there were not much customers at the hotel as it was during week days but all the facilities were available for the customers, such as swimming pools (3 pools and one of which was heated and was ideal for me as it was raining the whole time I was there ), gym, spa, sauna etc. breakfast was not buffet but the variety was really good and we could order anything from their menu in any quantities without any charge. Location is convenient as it’s closer to many tourists attractions and only a 4km taxi ride to the city. Quiet place and overall a fantastic stay!!!!

Super friendly staff, great facilities and good location”
Pros - staff The staff are so kind and friendly and were especially great towards my two tiny children. They were very accommodating with food demands and with adapting seating for us and were very helpful in arranging drivers, excursions and suggesting outings appropriate for our family. Pros - facilities There are 2 large pools available to everyone and we also had a room with a private plunge pool. These are serviced by attentive Life guards, particularly helpful when swimming with tiny toddlers and helped an anxious mummy remain calm. The grounds are delightful and there is an aviary (which my girls loved each day, chatting to the chickens), a sandpit with toys appropriate to small children available and an air conditioned play room that is super clean and has a range of toys including ball pit and slide. Cons - location? For us this wasn't a con as we deliberately chose a hotel that was a little out of the city. This meant that we required a car whenever we left the hotel.

Perfect honeymoon”
Hotel is very beautiful and staff helpful. They give you feeling you are special guest as VIP. The hotel manager Cristy has very personal approach to customers. It was best decision to stay our last honeymoon days in this resort. We love the acomodation, pool, breakfast and staff.

Paradise in Hué”
Our stay here was amazing. The hotel is as good as it looks on the photos. Once you enter, the nature takes over and you feel like you are staying in the middle of the jungle. The room we stayed in was so spacious and beautiful, we got a free upgrade when we got there, which was a great surprise! We also got to know their guest experience manager Claudia, who showed us all the hotel's amenities and joined us for a tour to nearby tombs and a pagoda. The pool is beautiful, the SPA services were exceptional, and the morning buffet staff was wonderful, in short, we loved our stay, and we would love to come back whenever we visit Hué again.

Great resort ”
No complaints. We were upgraded to a pool villa which was nice and private. We don't usually travel and stay at resorts, but we needed a quiet place in Hue to recharge from the extreme hectic nature of this tourist town.

It is definitely memorable stay in Pilgrimage!”
When I visited HUE for my vacation, Pilgrimage resort was one of the top recommended place that was given by one of my friend who previously stayed in the bungalow-room for a week long. I have very much enjoyed the time that I spent at the resort since resort itself includes very tasty foods(incl.room service), vast swimming pool and guest will be surrounded by trees and flowers that eventually make you feel rejuvenated all the time!

Spacious room, top - notch 5* service. The best thing is the super clean and huge swimming pools. There are 3 pools: 1 large, 1 small, 1 heated pool. Breakfast was great. Complimentary massage was awesome.

Gorgeous, well made facilities, really peaceful place, nice people”
We needed a quiet repreive after the noise and chaos of city living for a few weeks, so we stayed in this lovely resort. Really, there must have been a huge amount of money spent on building this place because everything is made to a very high standard. It is a gorgeous resort not too far out of the city center. It is very good value for money all things considered, and while the food is described as expensive in many comments here, our bill for food wasn't that bad at the end. There isn't a great selection of food but they did have decent wine for sale, and they know how to store it properly so it doesnt suck when you drink it. The facilities are top notch, in all regards. I highly reccomend to anyone seeking peace and quiet in reach of downtown Hue.

It's a quiet and clean hotel. The well-designed garden is beautiful. Since it was December, the water in the swimming pool was cold, but it was enough to enjoy it. I thank the hotel staff.

Must stay if in hue”
This is beautiful resort and a must if you are hue. Great staff and fantastic facilities. Breakfast is among the best I’ve ever had. Yoga class was a nice bonus

Friendly staff and beautiful resort”
The Pilgrimage was by far the best hotel experience in Vietnam. The resort was beautiful, great food, spacious and very comfortable rooms. The only thing is that the resort is further away from the town, although they provide a shuttle bus. Definitely worth the stay, especially if travelling with children (there was a really good kids room in the resort).
