This was an amazing hotel Book it! Room:We got a deluxe double and it was upgraded to the one with the balcony on the 10th floor with a view!!!!It was clean , had AC, the bathtub was amazing for soaking and is a shower as well.The bed was comfy and I love the decoration. Grounds:I can not even begin to say how perfect the infinity pool was!!The views are everything it’s so picturesque.It’s maintained very well and we had it to ourselves.Its right next to the restaurant so drinks can be brought over and they also have floating baskets for breakfast!!!There is also a pool down stairs that can be used in every season. The spa was amazing,I did the herbal bath and massage and it was perfect. Staff:Everyone we ran into was extremely helpful and accommodating.Super professional!!They helped with luggage, made sure we were picked up and taken where we needed to go.Ms.Chau is the best she made my son and I feel so comfortable and the whole experience was amazing because of her attentiveness. I love love love love love Pistachio hotel !!!!! Thank you So much for an unforgettable experience!!!

One of the best stays I ever had”
Staying at Pistachio could be one of the best experiences I ever had with a hotel. First, they surprised me with a great room upgrade although I only stayed for a night. When I called for room service for dinner, the restaurant staff was very kind to recommend me their signature dish. He later then called me to apologise for long time taken to cook the dish. One sweet housekeeping girl knocked the door and gave me some door gifts. I needed some exchange of cash. It was a Sunday afternoon and the bank was closed. Still the hotel staff was very kind to exchange it with me. I was taking a night bus back to Hanoi and they accommodated with my request of using their swimming pool shower room. In summary all the hotel staffs were friendly and helpful, the hotel is clean, well maintained. I strongly recommend anyone who is visiting sapa to stay there. And for myself, I hope to visit again very soon.

New, clean, amazing view”
Enjoyed my stay tremendously. Room is extremely clean, well equipped and bed is so comfortable. Took a nice swim in the indoor pool ( heated) after returning from 2 days of trekking . Would love to swim in the sky pool at level 12 but the water was too cold. Nonetheless, enjoyed the amazing views from there. Staff were all very helpful and welcoming with a smile on their faces at all times. Ms Chau, guest relations manager upgraded my superior room to a deluxe room when I checked in for my first night. Did a homestay on my 2nd night and was pleasantly surprised when I returned to Pistachio hotel with another free room upgrade, this time to an executive suite! Both rooms are spacious with fantastic views of the mountains. Would definitely return to this hotel the next time I come to Sapa.

It is the best hotel. In the staying time with my family , We meet the most kind, nice and smile staff than I have ever visited hotel before. The staff explained the map of the town of Sapa and helped us for safe and special trip. Pistachio hotel facilities are very convenient because there is a swimming pool, spa and roof top bar in the hotel. If we want to see the wide sapa scenery, we can just go to the roof top anytime. At the roof top, we can see the nature downtown of sapa at the daytime, and the a lot of twinkling stars at the night. It's a very beautiful and fantastic experience for us. And every morning, We can taste the kind of vietnam rice noodles that change every day for breakfast. While eating breakfast, It's extra blessing to be able to see the beautiful scenery. Thanks a lot about the pistachio all things. I hope we can meet again. 🙏🙏🙏

Arriving at the hotel, you will be welcomed by very courteous and helpful staff. Some may speak only a bit of english but you’ll get by, that’s not a big issue cause if they can’t communicate with you rest assured that some other staff will approach you. You’ll be well taken care of all through out. Facilities are top notch. Actual published photos are what you will see. If you want to go on tours, the reception has good recommendations. We tried the affiliated local tour guide, worth it and the tour guide speaks english fluently. They also recommended the use of their van for a price for our DIY Cat-Cat tour. After that long walk, having a driver is heaven sent. The views are amazing, especially the one at the rooftop with the infinity pool. Breakfast buffet is already included and i liked the food and their presentations. Accessibility and Location is also great. It’s not too far the town that you’ll get tired of walking about but the not too near that you’ll have trouble sleeping.

We stayed seven nights here and the staff did everything to make our stay as welcoming as possible. The room was fantastic, with great views of Sapa, with comfortable beds with a limited gym and a swimming pool. The buffet breakfast was good, with a good range of food and variety. Highly recommended.

Incredible stay”
Pros: - Fantastic views of the valley, be prepared to be blown away - hotel staff we’re very polite and the guest experience was superb. They provided complimentary drinks, cake and even a weather update for the following day with a few gifts attached. Such a nice touch. - The location was a short 10min walk away from Sapa town and easily navigable. Cons: - I really can’t think of any It was truly one of my highlights in Sapa. Pistachio is legitimately a 4 star hotel with 5 star treatment. Will totally recommend anyone heading to Sapa to spend a night there:)

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Pistachio Hotel. The room was beautiful with a surreal mountain view. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant in particular was fantastic. The host taught me all about the local food and where the produce for my meal had been sourced locally. He was very knowledgeable and obviously very proud of his restaurant and area. I would absolutely recommend Pistachio. I wish I had longer there.

I cannot stress enough how important customer service is in hotels, they can literally make or break an experience, even facilities are only of second importance. On my trip to Sapa on the 22nd of June 2022, I was blown away by the meticulous and impeccable 5-star service that I received from their staff, especially their guest relations officer Tran minh chau. Tran Minh Chau's stellar performance started the moment I checked-in and lasted all the way till I left the hotel on a bus prepared by them. She graciously catered to my every need such as an early check in, renting of bikes and others. The attention to detail she has as well as the passion for customer service can be felt at every moment while interacting with her. While Pistachio hotel isn't the cheapest amongst the myriad of hotels you could find in Sapa town, it is definitely worth the price paid and more. I've been travelling Vietnam for quite a while now and had my fair share of experience in both luxury and budget hotels, but this is the first I've experience such incredible customer service. I highly recommend any traveller to stay there should your budget allow it, because it honestly doesn't get any better than this. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Clean, new, good service and in the Sapa's central”
Everything was good, the staff are friendly, the location is in the central of Sapa and very convenient to go around. However, behind the hotel, there are some constructions that are very noisy in daylight. I wanted to go to the balcony and enjoy the fresh air but it too noisy that I had to shut the door and stay inside the room for the rest of the day.

Great customer service”
This hotel went above and beyond in the customer service. They came and delivered cake while we were out and left a gift when turning down The rooms. We loved it. Only negative points were the speed of service at the rooftop bar - 25 minutes for the coffee to be prepared, and the loud karaoke at a neighbouring hotel.

Highly recommended!”
The hotel is strategically located along the mountain road and is very near the plaza. We arrived early in the morning so we just left our luggage at the front desk. When we arrived, we loved that they allowed us to use the 4 season swimming pool before we continue our activity for the day. Our rooms have a great mountain and valley view from the balcony. We were also lucky to receive a free Red Dao herbal bath jacuzzi. The spa experience is great and very relaxing. The staffs are very helpful and they also helped us with our tour. We will stay again in Pistachio Hotel Sapa and would recommend it to our friends and family. Thank you!
