Piyavan Towers ”

We had a beautiful stay at the Piyavan Towers, the place is very strategically located and makes it very convenient for any traveller checking in. The Bts Skyline service is just a hop away. The staff and services are excellent.

Friendly Staff, Otherwise Disappointing ”

Difficult to find the building because of a lack of signage and the reception being located on the 9th floor. Facilities are old, some metal things in bathroom were rusted and there were water stains on the ceiling. Hot water didn't work, and there was no one to answer the phone after hours. Ladies that check you in seem nice, though. In summary, not a value for the money if you're seeking anything other than a large amount of space to fit tons of people for cheap.

We love being here”

When we go to Bangkok, this is currently our go to hotel. Location is excellent, very close to a sky train, just step out of the hotel and walk 20 meters to the stairs. Staff is super friendly, but you have to be aware that you probably have to be able to speak Thai as English is not known by all staff members. The hotel is actually very clean, but I did not give all 5 stars because the rooms are slightly old and dated. Not a problem for us, but I can imagine it might be for other travellers.

There are other bettre places around here”

First of all, "Reception" was not real reception. I'm not sure whether they can speak English or not ? Next, there was no parking lot for us during business hour, because the accommodation is on the business building that all parking lots are for other shops or governmental units. The room is very old needed to be renovated, such as broken cupboards, temporary fixed shower, defective bed, very thin blanket. "Funny" thing was drinking water that they gave us a 5 L water container for 2 days without other smaller container. When I would like to check-out, there was no any staff to process. So, I had to return the key to the building's guard without any thing could be used to confirm that we were checked-out. In conclusion, there are many better places around this place.

This is one of our favorite locations to stay when in Bangkok. So far we have stayed here 3 times now. The skytrain (BTS) station "Ari" is immediately in front of the exit, so the apartment is conveniently located. The "rooms" are apartments, so there's plenty of space. The apartments are a bit old, but it is clean and everything works. You can get your clothes washed very quickly (same day) for an affordable price. The gym is great, there's even an indoor pool. All the staff is friendly and helpful, but beware that it helps to be able to speak some Thai as their knowledge of English is limited.

2 night stopover in Bangkok”

Finding the entrance was not so easy but as it was right next to the Ari BTS ststion we knew where to look. There was plenty of space and friendly guards in the parking garage. A bit confusing was that the floor numbers in the parking dis not match the ones in the elevator. Piyavan reception is on the 9th floor and a friendly lady gave us out keys. 2 one bedroom condos with a smal kitchen served the purpose. A friendly touch up and it will be perfect. For a traveller in to Bangkok this is an excellent location ad you can leave the car and catch the BTS just outside the door. All in all. The Piyavan Tower Serviced Apartement is a good choice when visiting Bangkok. By the way the Chatuchak market and park is also just around the corner

Location is superb at the doorstep of BTS station and in a very lively neighbourhood with many street food stalls and restaurants around. It's apartment living with few staff speaks English.

an older place, but great value for money”

After traveling for a month in Thailand it was sweet having a place at a good price with a large separate bedroom, a living room and kitchen. The location could not have been better. Literally right at the Ari BTS station and surrounded by a lot of good street vendors. Also a nice grocery store across the street with a great selection of import foods (Villa Market). The facilities had an indoor pool, but tiles were slippery so need to be careful with kids getting in and out. The workout room was exceptional for any hotel (better than any 4 star hotel we have stayed in). The staff mostly don't speak ANY english, but are super friendly and helpful. In staying here just remember its a serviced apartment not a hotel, so don't expect the same room cleaning services and such. If you keep that in mind, it's an excellent value for the money and a wonderful place to stay.

Close to BTS, Chatuchak Market. I got a room for a first night which no hot water and bathtub. I asked to changed to another room which is better for the second night.

not exactly a hotel. more like an apartment. I'll stay there again because of everything else. Huge space, great location, great surrounding. for the price I paid, I'm not complaining.

Good location Ari BTS,restaurants,street food,7-11 convenience store,La Villa Market(small shopping mall with shop,greyhound cafe,secret recipe restaurant,starbucks coffee,fuji restaurant etc) There is microwave oven for the 1-bedroom unit,easy to get taxi to airport and near to Don Mueang International Airport.

Good: Location close to BTS, many food stores and restaurants around, also nice bars at night. Lenient checkout time (they kindly allowed me to stay until my flight at night). Bad: I stayed in Studio room, the facilities are old, and not so clean (felt like no one has stayed there for a long time). There's only one lobby staff (at night a security guard).

Arrival would be a bit daunting for inexperienced traveller - no reception - mixed use building ( offices and accommodation ) non English speaking staff but friendly enough. Easy access to bts - a good point because generally 3 taxis asked before one will take you tour their than a mile away ( standard practise for thai taxi driver ) use grab taxi or all thai taxi app) This place was fine for me but my daughter was looking for a bit more comfort and service !

Great location, but language barrier for some tour”

My wife is Thai. Our condo was currently rented so we stayed here. It's a perfect location, but this buidling is mixed use, corporate and a few floors are rented to guests. I was told the owner is a Thai family, thus the way business is conducted is sort of old school. Check-in is on the 9th floor, but this is not a hotel with a clear reception. It is office administration who brings out the folder from your agoda reservation and gives you the keys. The staff does not speak english well, so it might be challenging if you have needs other than just getting keys to your room. The location is perfect: BTS Aree at your doorstep with great food options ina 2 block radius. I do not suggest this place for travellers who may require some other type of assistance looking for restaurant suggestions, booking tours or if some other emergency comes up because the language barrier will be an issue.
