Feel like home, hospitable staffs, excellent room, nice view, great cuisine (not many choices in menu). Cooking time is about 01 so that you can make choice in advance.

Good for a staycation”

Hotel facilities are good, but the management of facilities is not good. If management and marketing are good, it is a very good hotel. 1. A hotel room is composed of a living room, a bathroom (including bathtub), a bedroom, and a balcony. The room is very spacious. 2. A swimming pool does not seem to be well managed. The water was not clean. 3. There is a restaurant run by the hotel right next to the river. The taste of the food was so-so, but the price was about three times that of a typical local restaurant. In some cases, the food was not able to be prepared because there are no ingredients in the restaurant. 4. There is really nothing around the hotel. There is Vinmart convenience store about 5 minutes by motorcycle. It is good to buy drinks and simple food before you go to the hotel. 5. Staffs do not speak English well. Of course, it is a hotel with disadvantages but we had a good holiday. This hotel was the proper one for a staycation in HCMC.

Bad management”

1. Large room which was the only good thing When we first arrive the staff just looked at us, despite seeing me as a girl carrying my luggage, they did not help at all. The manager just asked for my name to check on the reservation, then ask us to follow him to the room 2. No in room phone and no reception area to contact. You have to call the hotel manager’s mobile phone by your own phone No working desk/table despite plenty of space. Only 1 pair of slippers in room, and they are not new/clean 3. Hot water was not working, which led us to bath/shower in cold water, jacuzzi was not working as well 4. Tivi reception and wifi connection were bad 5. Very few selection of breakfast and the food quality was just so so. Food menu for room service were highly charged 6. Pool was dirty 7. Bad design of toilet, its open air so if you go big your whole room properly get the smell. Overall the place was quiet and peaceful in a way but management was not good. Will not come back

Poor services & not friendly with kids”

If you are looking for a good place for your kids - just avoid this place. The booking policy is unclear and the service is inadequate. Everything is a real mess. The breakfast is terrible, and they even forgot to include the meal for my kids. I am still cannot understand why they only brought food for the adults, not the kids - despite they asked me twice the night before if I wanted to request additional breakfast for my kids (and initially I thought the meal for the little kids should be free, but OK for pay for it). It was ridiculous that they totally ignored the two little kids: In the morning, they did not even ask or double check if the kids wanted their meal or not until I asked. For the room, it was actually the massage room that they upgraded and forgot to remove the "massage" sign outside of the room. One guest accidentally open the door to check for massage services while i was in the room with the kids. Last but not least, visa payment is not available here.

+ secluded, quiet, great for a restful stay - a little too far from everything”

Came here on our 5th and 6th day at Ho Chi Minh City for a respite after a tiring first few days of tours. + Big room with a nice bathtub, good river view, quiet and secluded. +Staff were very helpful! Although they couldn't speak much English, we could communicate through Google translate. They helped us book a taxi to the airport on our last day and cooked breakfast for us each morning according to when we woke up. They also helped iron out a few things with our room such as the shower's slow drainage in the middle of the night. + You can pretty much just stay in the entire day. There's a billiard table, swimming pool, wifi (but it didn't work in our room which was the furthest away), cable TV, bathtub with bath salts included. Meals can be requested from a menu (breakfast, lunch, dinner) although they are obviously more costly than the street stalls. - When I say secluded, I really DO mean secluded. From Google maps alone you can tell it is very far away from the nearest neighbourhood. It took us a 2km walk (~30mins one way) from the villa to the neighbourhood to get some food and some snacks at the supermarket. It is easy to get to places in Vietnam with Grab, but this place was so far away there were no available Grab cars at all. On our last day we had to ask for the manager to call a taxi for us. - The little things took away some enjoyment from this stay. 1) wifi not working in the furthest room away 2) cable TV had bad reception. It was stuttering and blacking out every 2 seconds which made it impossible to enjoy. Overall, I still enjoyed my stay there as my partner and I had our own adventure of walking out and eating every streetside stall we saw. The place is no doubt beautiful and very restful. It is suitable for those wanting to get away from the city streets. Otherwise if you're looking for a place of convenience and close to attractions, this place is definitely not for you. Final rating 7.5/10

The food was not good but the place was perfect for a couple for a honeymoon or for a getaway weekend away from the city life in Ho Chi Minh

Surprisingly nice”

We wanted to spend 2 days on the beach but couldn't find an ideal resort, perhaps due to peak season. I found this private villa with very nice photos and gave it a try. Another family of friends also joined in last minute and we had a very good time. We will come back. The location is not very far from city centre but the way to go there is not easy.

개인이하는 작은 빌라형태 리조트 입니다. 룸은 모두 6개 있으며 모두 넓은 구조 입니다. 수영장은 큰데 관리가 좀 안되는 느낌이고 직원들은 친절하지만 영어 소통은 안됩니다. 조식은 베트남 음식 입니다. 하루 조용히 쉬기에 적당합니다.
