Большая кровать, душ с холодной-горячей водой, кондиционер, чистое белье, уборка номера - если повесить табличку с просьбой. В центре города, от метро - 15 минут пешком, станция Паттая Тай, ветка в аэропорт, удобно приезжать-уезжать. Бонус - тосты, варенье, чай-коффе-вода на ресепшене, самообслуживание. Недостатков нет, единственное - вид из окна на радиатор кондиционера с проводами... То есть нет вида из окна. Но не для этого номер. Лично я в номере только спал и принимал душ.

Старенький но все работает, когда проходит скайтрэйн кровать вибрирует не пугайтесь)) Завтрак хороший, много булочек и круасанов. В целом стоит тех денег.

Clean and good”

It was generally good in terms of things we generally look out for: clean room, comfortable bed, sufficient towels provided, quiet room. They don't have much in terms of dining (did not even check it out as we went in search of food elsewhere). One initial worry was cutting ourselves on the foot as we had to walk barefoot in the whole hotel and some of the tiles were cracked. But they were taped over and no one had any accidents, other than being apprehensive at first. WiFi was a bit spotty too, maybe due to the number of people logged in, or our location (end of the corridor). But it is a good value hotel, just a little hard to find - once you enter Soi 17 go almost to the end until you see a sign for the hotel (turn right into an alley).

Very cute hotel in great location”

staff here were very friendly, the rooms are small but very cute and nicely decorated. air con, comfortable beds, tea and coffee in the room and free wifi with a great connection. we were delighted to happen upon this little place as we were in bangkok specifically for shopping and pratunam is certainly an excellent place for shopping, particularly for shoes, bags, and clothing. food in the area is not great really, no outstandingly good restaurants nearby, but a bike taxi or a tuk tuk is only 10 minutes to siam paragon where every delicacy imaginable is available.

i have booking 3 room for 7 person at this hotel. good location and clean, should be say good food for a non halal tourist and just next to 7 eleven.The hotel staff is friendly , just only communication matters. Thailand people not really good in english but still friendly to show us the places. If you know how to bargain then you will saving more on things you like. Will visit Bangkok again

reception staff friendly male , female receptionist not a smile and a good attitude . morning you will get the noise from the housekeeping staff , imperious attitude and behaved badly shouting at you . break your sleep .

PLAIN HORRIBLE”

It felt so odd everytime i removed my footwear at the doorstep of the "hotel" and was barefooted inside. It's a hotel not someone's house. I saw newly laundried blankets being thrown on the floor at the "reception area" Asked me to pay 300 baht for the laundry of a minimally stained linen. When i asked why is that so the unfriendly staff started to raise his voice and i was humiliated in front of my friends. The shower is immediately next to the sink, no room for movement. No cabinet or closet provided. Lighting was poor. Can't use the lift at all.

Never disappointed”

This is my 2nd time staying in Prince House. This time they give me the room at 2nd floor where the internet is faster than 3rd floor. But the elevator is not working for 2nd floor. So I think there is positive and negative for both floor. The bathroom's lock is not working and the water from shower is so little. It is annoying for bath. What I have is that insects could get into my room because there is a space below the room door. Other than that, everything is good.

this hotel is really suit my purpose in bangkok. it is located really close to platinum mall and pratunam market. food can easily found nearby. they hv an international call's office where u can buy mobile prepaid sim card. they're selling it cheaper than at the airport.

Cheapest hotel in the Pratunam area”

We were a family with children(above 12 yrs) and were staying in the standard room of this hotel ! This is three star hotel and since we have booked 60 days in advance,we get it at only USD 30 per room per night ,which was a really good deal ! The standard room was small,clean and but comfortable for only two,with all necessary room amenities ! We have stayed only a couple of nights at this hotel and then shifted to another hotel named miami hotel !The staff at reception was not very humble by nature and not always ready to help out their guests !Cheap price is the only benefit you get while staying at this hotel ! Stay only for a night or two since it is located in the noisy area of pratunam market and all major shopping malls like big C,pantip plaza etc are within a short distance !

Overall, the stay was a generally pleasant one for its price. However, it's a hassle that we have to remove our shoes when we enter the place and and we stayed at the secound level but the lift do not stop at the level. However, the staffs helped us with our luggage which was a good move on their part. Downside was that the hotel is located at the end of a rather dark alley. There are shops selling their items around the hotel at night which makes it convenient for people to shop.

I actually a bit concern when I read so many bad review about this hotel at other website. But I already booked, so, might try and see how it look base on my experience. First of all, yes its in alley. In night its very dark, so I recommended you to never stay here alone but with friends. The hotel look very small because it located next to small alley (after walking in the bigger,dark alley I mention before) But actually, inside its quite spacious too.. and the hotel staff is very very friendly (very different with the review from other website). We booked for deluxe triple room. But when we arrived, we got one free room from the staff without any charge!! super love, since we travel by 3 and one of us is a man. He so happy to got his own room. LOL. The room itself is okay. Its not too big, but its very comfortable. The bathroom is a bit small, but its okay, as long as there's a hot water. We aren't a picky customer, so we are very glad with our room. After all, our intention is to spend money for shopping. This hotel is quite close to Platinum Mall. You shall ask hotel staff where its located. Platinum Mall and Pantip Plaza is side by side. Pantip Plaza is just infront of the big dark alley where you walk to reach the hotel, so its very near. And also, there's a small alley that will lead you to other alley (when you want to go to platinum mall). In that Alley, I found the store that sells the cheapest short denim jeans! CHEAPEST! only 60 baht. Must Buy. LOL. and also there's a restaurant that is famous for wanton noodle. I know this restaurant as its been review in many blog, so its worth to try. The downside is, its located in long-big-dark alley and its a bit far from BTS SkyTrain (about 10 minutes walk) but we don't mind to walk because we can find many food stall as long as we walk to BTS. Overall we love to stay here, and might stay here again if we go to BKK again.. :)

close to shopping area”

Triple room is small & air cond not cold. Difficult to get taxi to go in to the small alley soi 17, the alley was quite dark at night time, not recommend for girls to stay here alone. We put the sign do not disturb when we are out, but we notice that our thing have move without sight of any cleaning of the room. When ask the staff, they just giving excuse that they just servicing the air cond.

Accomodation at Central, very affordable”

First time i traveled Bangkok. The room was really cheap, clean and accesible.. For solo travelers like me, wifi is really important, and its good that i can access it for free. I felt safe coz the hotel feels you're just home.. I will book this hotel again when i travel Bangkok :)

Good location, clean hotel but small rooms”

my check in was late as my flight was at night. the taxi fetched us to soi 17 and the road was quite dark so my mother and aunty were scared. we decided to check in first and find another hotel to move on the next day (we booked for 3 nights). however, we ended up staying there for 5 nights because of its great location. we definitely will stay in prince hotel if we go bangkok again!

had no windows to see the sun. also has a walls are thin as paper. overheard a couple "making love" at 2-3am on the 2nd night and overheard the staff said in thai that there was a theft that broke in from the roof overnight. overall, my stay was ok. room was a bit small and i did hang "do not disturb" sign up and the last 2 morning, house keeping kept opening the door to clean the room. would i stay again?! hmmm for the price and location. yes. but it is in my top 8 places to sleep in pratunam. btw- free wifi was great but the bed is very very soft!! killed my back

Great location but small rooms”

The location of the hotel is just walking distance to Platinum fashion mall and Pratunam market. Not difficult to find the hotel because it put signboard all along the road(petchaburi soi 17) to guide me to the exact location. The room are small but i think is suitable for one person or couple stay. The room is very clean. The disadvantage is the location far away from BTS station (about 15-20min walking distance to Retchathewi station). Overall i got pleasant staying at prince hotel.

Convenient location but room is extremely small”

It is situated in Pratunam area where is nearby rachaprarop mrt station. It is convenient to make your way from the hotel to major shopping malls as well. However, the room is super small with no free drinking water. The hotel requires you to be barefooted or wearing their own slippers inside in order to keep the floor clean.
