Old place but try their fried bread”
It was a good location and many restaurants around but the place needs some upkeep. The bed was not comfortable an the bathroom needs better upkeep. But they sell delicious fried bread! Worth a try

Good Location”
Restaurants are plenty just a few minutes if not seconds of walk. Korean restaurant are the nearest. Just a few minutes walk also to Burnham Park. Hotel is old need major renovation. Small cockroach just crawl at the table in our room as well as ants. Needed pest control.

Though the space and beds are comfortable, the place is old and needs to be refreshed: stains on the carpet, holes in the door, CRT TV and difficult wifi access... The price (which excludes breakfast) for one night was too expensive for the room and services provided (over 50€/night). Staff is easy-going and welcoming. Prince Plaza Hotel seems made mostly for its regular customers.

no problem but not special”
the staff was very kind and always helpful. the location is convenient to catch a taxi or jeepney, as well as to get to the bus station. the room was large and clean in general. on the other hand it was noisy due to elevator next to it. we experienced a pleasant stay. the price is a bit higher but still affordable after long bus trip from Manila.

You get what you pay for. Cheap for the area. Very basic, plain accomodation, but clean. Shower over bath. Towels/toiletries provided. (Old) TV & fan - little else. Bed hard/pillows harder! Staff most welcoming. If your looking for an overnight stay at the budget end, this is OK.

All stafsf are friendly and very helpful. Hotel is clean. Rooms are big, comfortable bed and secure, no bugs or mosquitoes. We did enjoyed our stay. . I suggest you guys to book in this hotel.

Nice hotel, they have parking area its very useful if you have cars its also safe because the parking area is inside and with security. Overall the hotel is nice, clean and the staff are friendly...

Staff are accommodating and friendly. The Apartelle unit we stayed overnight is fully furnished although the beds and the sala set are old and needs to be replaced. The TV set is antiquated and have to be replaced with new digital TV set. Only one room (masters bedroom) is air conditioned. The kitchen has complete utensils and the refrigerator is functioning perfectly. We wish the management to improve its facilities so that a lot more people will consider booking at this hotel.The location is walking distance from Burnham Park, Session Road, Baguio Cathedral and the Abanao Public Market.There are also jeepneys and taxicabs that pasty the hotel.

we stay in 4 apartelle unit & all my family were very comfortable in their rooms.We use the gas stove in our unit but no added cost.Hotel staff were all kind n helpful & even the guard.We will stay stay again in this hotel when we will b back next yr.

Bad hotel experience ever”
Our reserved room was provided to another group and the supervisor blamed us for it. He said our reservation was late and that they should not be held accountable for it.
