Nice hotel and staff

Value for money ”
Room was very clean, bathroom was nice. One light in my room was not working though. Front desk staff was very friendly and accomodated to all my requests. Worth every dollar! Only downside is that the hotel is a little hard to locate, especially if it is your first time in Vietnam.

Far away from everything”
Do not stay here. It is far from the anything. There is nothing around. It cost 230,000 VND to get here from the western bus station. 100k to walking street. Rooms was very small but nice.

Sound insulation of the room very bed,I was stay for over night ,but reception set a family guest upon of mine room,a kid jump on floor all the time,just got a terrible over night stay there..

Go away, don't stay”
If you expect the standard hotel, skip this place. Room renovated from house which not really full finished. Can't describe much, feel like you stay your friend house room. No choice for me as arrived late.

Not worth of the money”
Deluxe room is really small, probably just 12 square meters. It’s not like on the picture. The window is just 1 to 1 meter. No hot water, tap was broken. Aircon is really dirty. The area is so far from everything. No restaurants , only local small cafes. The cost was around 17$ but it’s worthy no more than 10$. I don’t recommend to choose this hotel. The most ridiculous it’s early checkin, even to checkin at 13:00 you have to pay 10$ more.

Good location for us, but probably not for anyone wanting to be near the centre. Nice facilities, although no hot water in our room! Staff were friendly. All in all, great value and a comfortable stay.

Don't have hot water regularly”
Staffs are friendly and being active for helping. The room is clean but you'll need to request directly with the receptionist to have cleaning service every day. The room doesn't support hair dryer. again, you have to ask the receptionist to borrow it just for awhile only. However, those are not the worst things. You should be aware that the hotel doesn't have hot water regularly. It's even becoming worse if it's cloudy or raining those days, no hot water at all. Their explanation is that because they are using solar water heater. it depends on weather. :(. That's bad. I would not come back.

The hotel is new, clean and much better than others at the same low price. However, the room is small. The Reddoorz in District 7 is more beautiful

Mình book 2 phòng cho bác mình ở, 1 phòng thì giường bị mọt ăn ha gì bị mục gỗ đầu giường, cũng bụi và xót khi nằm. 1 phòng tầng trệt chỗ quầy thì bác mình ngủ bị con gì cắn, ngứa xót ngủ không được luôn. Kêu thay ga giường khác giúp, mà không thay ạ bảo tối rồi không có nv làm. Cũng có thể hiểu vì không có nv, nhưng có thể tìm cách làm sao đó/ thay dùm cho khách/ đưa khách ga mới.... để khách có thể ngủ ngon được khum ạ. Bác mình hiền không kể ngay lúc trả phòng. Ra khỏi đó, kêu mình book chỗ khác cho rồi mới kể. Nên giờ đánh giá cho mn tham khảo nè. Sẵn góp ý cho chủ ksan xem để cải thiện tốt hơn nhé.
