Nice location, helpful Staff and clean Hotel”
I enjoy my stay in Ritz Legarda the hotel is clean, the staff is helpful and accommodating, the price is just fine, the location is accessible to all. Food is cheap and ok.

Two pillows per guest would have been comfortable. Maybe one or two artworks as well. Overall is an excellent place to relax. Will definitely return.

Room is very spacious and clean. It has your basic needs. Got the room w the street view and it was okay. The other side view would have been better but all good! Buffet breakfast was simple - unli coffee and juice, garlic rice, scrambled eggs, tocino, longanisa and fried fish. There’s a bar on the basement floor so it’ll be a bit noisy at night. Session road was walkable, not super far.

It is walking distance from Burnham park. The nature view looming outside the balcony makes the room very nice. I’ll choose this place again for my next Baguio getaway.

location is good, very accessible to other places that you need to visit when your in baguio. Aside from their staff are very accommodating.

Bang for the buck”
we're quite hesitant to book at this hotel at first bec we thought the location is not that good only to find out that this is very near to the famous canto resto and a few walks away from burnham park. the staff are very accomodating. though they might want to upgrade the airconditioning unit of their room.

Basic needs like slippers and toothbrush were not provided once entering the room but was given upon request. Location for a tourist is so-so due to limited taxis going by but for people who has a car is good since paths going to tourist areas are easily accessible. Breakfast menu is not that different from the 2 morning that we were there.

Newly-built hotel so the rooms are quite nice, clean & fresh ”
Nice View of Baguio City & SM during Sun rise & sunset. Room for improvement - Room amenities are limited - no Hair dryer, no Refrigerator, no kit like tootbrush, cotton, etc.. Guest experience is limited - the hotel does not extend any effort to Help create a Good experience.

Nice hotel, big and clean rooms, corteous staff”
The hotel is nice, it has big and clean rooms and the staff are wonderful. However, we stayed on a weekend and the bar located at the basement was noisy. Our room was a few floors just above it. So you wake up in the middle of your slumber to hear people partying downstairs. If you are looking for a peaceful and quiet stay maybe this is not it.

It is situated at the city center and you can easily access most places. Worth the money and great staff from interns to supervisors.

pros... staff from the guard to front counter staff to manager were awesome, size of room perfect(loft) & value for money. for the past years ever since they opened, we have been staying there cons... they insist on not giving you an extra keycard, and for us with seniors or disabled members, if we leave them inside the room, we cant take key with us, cos it will disable all electricity. when we come back we have to knock and they willl have to get up and open doors for us. a real hassle. even with this explanation, they were with strict instructions not to hand out extra keys. coz of this, will rethink going back. room amenities are always lacking, from water to coffee we had to call and ask. as for cleanliness, room always smelled damp.

One of the best hotel in Baguio”
We had a late check-in and the room was already prepared. Very nice staff and facilities. They have a bar so at night it's a bit loud. Over-all, we had a nice stay. Thank you.

Nice and comfy hotel”
Room is nice and clean but food/breakfast can still be improved. Location is perfect, away from the busy and noisy city center, but only few minutes walk to tourist sites and restos.
