Run down motel with uninterested and rude counter staff”

Hotel is run down especially the bath room . Counter staffs were totally non interested and looked unpleasant. There was a particular classic rude staff at the reception who was blowing dry her long silky black hair while answering the queries of a guest at the reception.

Nothing around here. But close to BKK airport and some shopping mall. Anyway is nothing around here.

the room is spacious and clean, it is not of first class decorations but it is functional and comfortable. the wifi is good and the tv can be connected with computer via hdmi. shower is clean and water is ok. for this price you cannot ask for more. the only shortcoming is its location, definitely not for tourist.

Location isn't great, but the rooms are very nice for the money. Only real issue I had was with the hot water heater. Seems I could only take a shower at scortching or freezing, so I opted for a bath, which temp controls seemed to work fine for. Otherwise great, spend the extra couple dollars and get the nicest room. Glad I did.

Helpful staff”

Friendly staff. Most rooms I looked at had black mildew on the edge of the bathtubs between bath and wall (I decided not to take a shower there). The road leading up to the hotel is almost pitch black from chaloemprakiat road however the other road to the hotel (from Srinakarin) isn't too dark. Overall value for money

My Third stay best room”

This was the third time I stayed there it was the best room I have had there, the part I liked the most the room had a table and 2 chairs so we could sit and eat, with a good view on balcony. the room had a spare pillow in it witch made me more comfortable for me. The staff are incredible do anything to help, I have booked my room for March trip, see you then.

Great accomodation”

very pleasant stay at Romance Bangna Hotel. The hotel staff are very polite and helpful. They are also very efficient in their work. The hotel is located near to the expo which is ideal for people to attend events there. The rooms are big and clean. Strongly recommended.

Good sleep at Romance hotel”

I choose this hotel because closed to my Office, which is i have to spend at least 1-2 week each month. Hotel nearby big shopping center and just 30 mins to-from airport. Room are standard size but quite old and need renovation soon, staff are just average well this is just budget hotel you will get what you will pay. Only i love Romance, hotel at night really quiet good to sleep.

Nice room for budget hotel ”

I stay at Romance for 2 night, i like this Hotel because of resonable price but if you don't drive a bit trouble because must work about 50 mt. to the main Rd. surrounding hotel is nothing only before reach hotel have big Petro station with convenient store. Nearby hotel have 2 big Department store. Cost from Airport to Hotel about 200-250 bth.

Nice Hotel”

It is a nice hotel clean worth for money. Car park is very green and lovely. All staffs are lovely with very good service mind. However you should go by car because On the way from the big road is very quiet.

Budget hotel but good room”

The hotel is not located in downtown, so it is not convenient to reach any restaurant or shop by foot. However, there are some department stores near the hotel and a taxi can be easily called from the hotel reception. Even though the room price is considered inexpensive, the room is clean and cozy. In sum, this is a nice place to stay.

Lovely hotel but isolated”

the hotel is well-decorated. the room is very nice and clean. however, the hotel is located quite far from the city area and it is not that convenient to find anything to eat. customers who don't have a car may face some problems, but the receptionist can call a taxi for you. overall, everything about this hotel is excellent apart from its location.
