Не хватало горячей воды,чайника, посуды,вай-фай в дальний номер практически не достает. А в-остальном отель неплох, персонал улыбчивый, номер комфортный, тишина. Расположен удаленно от тц и кафе, рядом только тайская закусочная с меню на местном. Ориентировались по картинкам и спрашивая местных - порк, чиккен, фиш, спайси и т.д. Но было очень вкусно

Very nice place and staff, however, the room could have used hot water -- both in terms of the shower, and a kettle. Every time we wanted to make a cup of tea or hot noodles (not many places to eat nearby - so we ended up doing a couple of hot cup snacks/meals) we had to bother whoever could help us nearby. Very friendly though, and a place to park our bikes downstairs!

This is the most of value for money hotel in Phuket City, I think. If you need to save the cost, this hotel will be a good choice for you. But, there is not hot shower and bus tab? in the hotel room I stayed.

Stayed in this newly built hotel a few days in march 2013. No aircondition but the fans worked well. Nice staff. A big plus is also that the hotel rents out new motorbikes for a cheap . Definitely recommended

good location for those who don't want to be in hectic places or pay much more to be on the beach, when this one is reachable by scooter in 20 minutes. Great scooter rental deal, it was the highlight of our stay in Phuket, best way to travel and not get stuck anywhere. The hotel is brand new, the host were not speaking much of English but we were able to communicate just fine, also they were very kind and welcoming. I would stay again there for the convenience, the price and the comfort.

Nice room but to hot with no air con!”

We stayed 3 nights at this hotel, the room was really big with nice furniture (new hotel) but had no air con and it was extremely hot! at night it was cooler outside than in our room. Only had cold water which suited us fine as we were having 4 showers a day to cool off. It is situated in the industrial area (workshops offices etc) 10 min walk to shops and restaurants. Our room was not serviced the entire time we were there we had to ask for new towels which were given to us straight away owners know little english but were still nice. For the price nzd per night we can not complain

Rooms were pretty big and the twin beds were a decent size and comfy. Location is a bit far out from the main area, especially at night and the wifi doesnt work in some of the rooms.

New renovated guest house. Full range of security. Firealarm, rescue steps etc. The guest house is situated in a guiert area of Phuket town. Tv, terrasse, shower with cold and hot water, refrigor, - all what you need. Young couple manage the house. Friendly and helpsome. I got 100% value for the small money (promotion 10 $). I will stay there again.

The only thing 2 star about Sabaidee Residence is the marketing,can not be found anywhere apart from agoda ,After staying at the Indigo Pearl (5 star ) in Phuket I found this hotel (apart from the mini bar and flowers )in the same league . Everything from the greeting ,to the servicing ,the location,the fact it's brand new,clean ,tasteful ,with a feel of eastern /western style . This hotel can provide all the features (but you need to ask) . For example ,a laundry service ,shopping service ,local advice ,24 hr security +(owners family live in on site ,separate building) . The options the hotel do not offer can be found within walking distance , ie ; 5 star spa , dinning ,night life ,banking/money exchange ,tour booking and much much more.

Das Hotel liegt zwischen einem kleinem Tempel und ein paar Wellblechhütten und ist nur über einen Schotterweg zu erreichen. Also nicht erschrecken! Es ist sehr anonym, aber anscheinend frisch renoviert. Die Mitarbeiter waren hilfsbereit. Der Preis von 550 Baht für einen Standard Fan Room sind sehr günstig, für Phuket Town allerdings auch kein Alleinstellungsmerkmal. Leider liegt sowohl die Altstadt als auch das Busterminal jeweils ca. 15-20 Gehminuten vom Hotel entfernt.

1월 중순에 3박을 했는데...이곳은 레지던스라서인지, 아고다 이용객을 많이 안 받아봐서인지... 서비스개념이 별로 없다. 청소해 달라고 맡긴 열쇠를 잘 보관만 하고 있다가 그대로 돌려받은 경우도 있고, 매일 제공된다던 생수도 얘기를 해야만 받을 수 있었다. 영어도 잘 안통하고, 생긴지 얼마 안된 것 같은데...청소도 잘 안되어서 침대맡에 먼지가 달라붙어 있고, 4성급시설에 2성급가격이라는 후기에 혹해서 갔다가 실망만 했음. 위치 역시 10분 정도 걸어야 몬트리 거리에 도달함. 같은 가격대에 위치 좋은 곳을 이용하는 편이 나음.

1.前台长期没人，电话很难接通，而且英语有点沟通困难，可能是家庭式的公寓吧 2.房间洗澡没有热水，只有冷水，好像整个公寓都是这样，我去的时候普吉正赶上下雨，天气很凉，每晚都是在附近的一家SPA会所洗完澡，才回去的。 3.位置较偏，离街边还有一段很难走的小石子路，只能走电动和摩托车，路上老鼠，狗，虫蚁不断。 4.房间很多小虫子，满床都是，很恐怖，睡前得清理干净才敢睡，不过马上又会有。 但是前台人还是不错的，在好不容易联系上的情况下，他们还是很乐意为你提供帮助的。
