Initially this trip was arranged to celebrate with my husband for our 8th anniversary. But after reading the review we decide to invited our family travel together. Include 3 senior citizens Hotel staffs assist to arrange convinience room for our family members 2 rooms are same floor and our rooms was different floor with them. Which this was my request as easier for me n husband to take care them while having privacy time with my love one. For our room , I am graceful and so super happy for the special arrangement. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast choices are satisfy. I like the ice Vietnam coffee serve the most. To be honest, there wasn’t many attractive place in can tho.. but because of the services and cleanliness and also hotel facilities I will be back here again as for relaxing trip.

Loved this hotel all round great value. Had an upper floor as we were concerned about street noise when we booked although didn’t have to worry as really well sound proofed rooms and couldn’t hear neighbouring residents or noise from floors above like some hotels. If noisy hotels are a problem then this is the hotel for you. The room was immaculate and really well thought out. Loved how large airy and spacious the room was. Large comfy single beds.. largest we’ve had so far in Vietnam. we had an amazing view across the city and partial river view. The location is excellent around 15-20 min walk to the wharf or couple of mins in a taxi. We used Grab taxis to get around had no issues at all. Pool was shaded for part of the afternoon until the sun moves round. But surprisingly it was very pleasant in the 30 degree heat with a nice breeze coming off the river. There was a wedding on during our stay but apart from bumping into the bride in the lift we would never have known there was one.

Staff friendly and helpful. Room large and clean. Bed huge and comfortable. Room service fast and friendly. Checkin offered via guest relation desk to safe time. Massage was very well done. Fitness center doesn’t offer all machines to fully exercise (missing leg press and lower back). All in all a very pleasant stay. Only downside: breakfast very crowded, hard to find a table, and one evening having ordered two cocktails, they arrived single each with a time gap of almost 10 minutes. That’s unacceptable.

Whenever I travelled to Vietnam, I always stayed at Vinpearl hotels. This Vinpearl hotel in Can Tho is another example of Vinpearl hotel that lives up to its brand's reputation. The hotel is luxury, clean and beautiful. Staffs are excellent, attentive, professional and courteous. The rooms are spacious. I also love its location, couple minutes walk from the market with plenty of shops and restaurants around.

Our Favorite in SE Asia”
This is a 5-star hotel at a 3-star budget. We were given a 30-floor room with floor-to-ceiling windows and a panoramic view of the city and river. Our room and bathroom were huge, king bed, very clean, very comfortable, very safe. You wouldn't expect to find this in the heart of the Mekong Delta. Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful!

Good location, worth the money”
I booked 5 rooms for a family trip to Can Tho without knowing that the hotel is running a promotion (choosing one of the two benefits). Before the arrival date, the reservation agent tried to contact me regarding to my request noted on the booking (connecting room, adjacent room). They were very helpful and kind to arrange such nice rooms following my request. The rooms were all arranged with nice view, the food in the buffet is absolutely outstanding (especially Pho), the staffs are nice and friendly. Nothing I can found to complain. Located in central Can Tho with many shops, restaurants within distance. The hotel is new with clean spacious room. The staff is friendly, helpful. The breakfast included a delicious variety of Western and Vietnam traditional dishes. The swimming pool is on the seven floor away from the street level. Request for a higher floor a view of the city and the river.

More than ever expected”
The room was extra bigger than I ever expected. The hotel seemed to be in full capacity during the weekend. I met a very nice waiter at the breakfast buffet, he always smiled even there were so many guests. The room was clean and I love the bath kit. The air conditioner was good. The room is quiet, and the view, etc. All beyond my expectation.

The most amazing hotel. Big spacious rooms with comfortable bedding. Airconditioner worked perfectly, great views of city and the river. Breakfast buffet was definitely 5 star. Staff were very polite and honest (did not want to take tip even though we insisted). Swimming pool beautiful & gym fully equipped. Will be back here for sure!

Travelled here as a couple but also for business. Stayed 1 night however wished could stay more. Excellent staff manner and service. Rooms with good view of the city. Make use of the swimming pool and room service food if you can. I will be referring all my business partners, family and friends to this hotel whenever in Can Tho. I am a frequent traveller so sometimes hard to impress but honestly can’t fault.

A very nice hotel with excellent staff. The room was large and comfortable and the bathroom had both a bath and shower. There is a huge choice of food for breakfast, all of it very good. The swimming pool was fantastic and the friendly barman makes a mean cosmopolitan.

We stayed in the deluxe river view double room and without question, the view was unrivalled in both night and day. Room is new, spacious, modern and clean. We enjoyed the Gym, Pool and Spa. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very good with wide varieties.

Similar to other Vinpearl hotels across Vietnam, it's quite new, clean, with good service and breakfast (except the low quality jams with just sugar and coloring), and a great location adjacent to a shopping mall. Strongly recommend it.

Rooms were very spacious and were luxurious for the price they came at. Breakfast boasted a lot of options as well. Staff were kind enough to help me retain my room for two nights, even with two separate bookings (at a fee). No one was at the gym but it was very nice and complete. My only complaint would be the elevators, you'd have to press separate buttons per elevator system and they are quite small.

We stayed here for 7 nights. The lady at the reception kindly upgraded us to the top floor (31st floor), we literally was top of the Can Tho city. I really wanted to say huge thanks to the receptionist lady, i even got a name when I checked out, unfortunately i lost that little note. We had a great time during our stays in Can Tho especially in this hotel. Our older family member been treated well and all the staff always greet us with smile. The breakfast is great and so do the Chinese restaurant. The hotel are next to shopping mall which is quite convenient for people who wish to shop or have some meal whenever they want.

Top 5 stars luxury hotel”
This is truly the best 5 star hotel that we have ever stayed in VietNam. We have been traveling a lots in the past 5 years and stayed at many hotel but so far Vinpearl is still the best. The room design, the swimming pool, the breakfast and the staff are great and we definitely will come back here to stay and strongly recommend it to our friends and family.
