во-первых, откуда у них 5 звезд?! Мы заплатили за номер. Вещи тягали сами, в номере грязно и не было даже тапочек. Пришлось звонить и просить принести, но нас не поняли. Пришлось спускаться и показывать на телефоне фото тапочек. Принесли. Бассейн: представляете бассейн, где проходят соревнования? такой квадратный с дорожками. Тут именно такой. И это 5*?! Завтрак ужасный! Его подавали в каком-то кафе, которое находится в этом же здании. То есть, у отеля с 5* нет даже собственного ресторана и кухни. На завтрак была лапша, сосиски, овощи и йогурты. В общем, итог: ни за что бы не советовал вам там останавливаться!

Городской отель в центре Хошимина”
Отель находится в центре города в пешей доступности от всех достопримечательностей и торговых центров. На первом этаже отеля есть продуктовый магазин и кафе. Мы жили в номере с 2-мя спальнями на 17-м этаже. Одна спальня с больной односпальной кроватью, вторая - с 2-мя двухспальными. Номер удобный, но видно, что старый. Есть кухонный уголок и гостиная, которая выходит на большой балкон. Приятный вид на шумный город.))) В номере одна ванная комната с ванной, раковиной и туалетом, вторая только с раковиной и туалетом, и стиральной машиной. Убирались в номере каждый день и чисто. В номере также есть сейф и туалетные принадлежности. Рядом с отелем полно кафешек. На первом этаже есть бассейн и фитнес-центр. Завтраки были однообразными, но голодным не останешься.))) Очень дружелюбный персонал.))) Из минусов. Электронный ключ не всегда срабатывал. В целом отель хороший, но старый.)))

Останавливались на 1 день, снимали студию, очень понравилось, наличие кухонной утвари, да и самой кухни - большой плюс, все чисто и по домашнему.

Хороший чистый отель, не смотря на то, что не новый. Большой номер, очень хороший открытый бассейн. Завтрак скудноват, но перекусить можно. Рядом с центром. Пешком минут 15. К сожалению нет шатлов до аэропорта.

A hotel that exceeds our expectation”
Clean and spacious with a living hall, dining area, kitchen and bedrooms. I love it that they provide guests with a 18.9L drinking water with tap as it save us the effort to get our own bottled water. A minimart is located next to the exit of the reception. Several eateries are located opposite the hotel and there’s a traffic light to help us cross the road. There are more restaurants near Diamond Mall at walking distance. The Post Office and Notre Dame cathedral are within walking distance too. We booked 2 day tours with the hotel. Though more expensive than website bookings, they have pickup services and the trips were enjoyable. The staff helped us to print our boarding passes too and they always put on a broad smile and greeted us. Even the housekeepers and butlers were very helpful.. Breakfast was delicious with a choice of hot item. Will book this hotel again in future

Great service’s apartments in a convenient location suitable for all types of travelers.”
These apartments were a great size especially for our young family. They were clean and well equipped. Thank you to Samly at the front desk who helped us during our stay to book tours and also pointed us in the right direction to find our way around and everything we needed for our first time to Saigon.

Central Location and Spacious Room”
This is my family's go to hotel/apartment whenever we are in Saigon. The room is spacious. We were lucky to be offer upgrade so our apartment has a large balcony and a nice view of the embassy and Le Duan Street. There is a super market just downstair and a coffee shop for your morning fix. The apartment is well thought in term of cutlery, washing machine... It is very suitable for family stay. The location is conveniently center so if you order food delivery, there are many choices nearby. Me and my family have a great time staying here! Recommend.

Overall, great place to stay., and staff were most helpful. One suggestion is for staff to be more knowledgeable re transportation to other places such as Phnom Pehn. Staff did try to help; we ended up on a bus [not a tourist bus], which was carrying goods.

Stayed in 2 bedroom apartment, huge place. Rooms are clean, comfortably sized with all necessary amenities provided. Easy to travel around with local taxi outside the apartment or grab (about 25K-30K) to Ben Thanh area. Value for money, highly recommended for families or group travellers.

Team at frontdesk and gym are really great! Speak good English. A little disappointed for Ramen for breakfast. The rest on the menu was good! Miu Miu spa is just 10 minute walk away from the hotel. Very professional service. Hotel is located in the industry business area. It is a good walk to most of attraction places or just grab a cab. Taxi are cheap. You may use GRAB to order cab.

I highly appreciate the staff! I left my phone on the bench near the stairs on the first floor. Later, I called the hotel and learned that the staff had found the phone and kept it for me at the reception desk! Thank you so much, Somerset Chancellor. Also, the staff gave me an upgrade! As a business traveler, I would like to see an updated gym. The décor in the rooms would greatly benefit from a makeover.

Very spacious and clean apartment!”
We got room on highest floor as what we requested! We stayed at 17th floor. Apartment were very spacious with two bed rooms (1 king bed and 2 single beds), one bath room, one laundry room, kitchen, dining table, working table, living room and balcony. Very complete! We were happy with our decision to stay here. Location is also good. Some landmarks are within walking distance, less than 750m. Supermarket is at the Ground floor and price is fine. Breakfast was provided by restaurant attached to the hotel building. And unfortunately not many choices of food and beverages, and taste were too standard. That’s the only reason can’t give full score for this review.
