The room had two big windows facing different aspects. The TV was new. The fridge was super cold as was the AC. Carpeted floors which made us feel like it was a hotel from back home (Ireland). Wifi was great. There's a nice Italian restaurant next door that serves great food. The location was great but like any destination, you should have a motorbike to explore anyway. Walking distance to the beach that's gets the sunset at this time of year. Sept. No complaints at all actually. The staff were really friendly and had good English. The rooms and halls were a little dated but it added to the place's character. Great value for money too.

I got a good weekend deal from Agoda for 30 dollars a night. I was surprised that the room was pretty large and clean. Although the hotel looks quite old outside but they maintain all interior very well and tidy.

Enjoyable Stay”

Neat and clean and I thought it offered good value for money. Breakfast was a bit limited however there are plenty of options nearby. I would stay again.

Standard, smoky hotel”

Don't smoke? No problem. Check in here and you can inhale years worth of smoke left over from previous guests. The room's balcony was nice and the room is decently spacious. Otherwise, everything was fine/unremarkable.

Like many others, receptionist who have done English language courses in Vietnam do not seem to have been taught by Western teachers. They still have too much a Viet inflection which makes them hard to understand while those on the street are more eloquent because they have learned it by seeking out tourists to practice it with.

the stay was ok, however the room is abit old, and full of funky smell, the same to the toilet. service wise is good. may not return again due to the smell is quite not acceptable through the night.

Dissapointing all round”

Title says it all. The advertised pool is not on the premises, but is a 5 minute walk away at another hotel. There is no restaurant, bar or coffee shop as advertised, only a small breakfast room The reception is nice, modern and the receptionists helpful but as soon as you go up the stairs you are in old worn hotel, although it is clean. The European choice for breakfast is two fried eggs or an omelet with two slices of white toast and 1 cup of tea or coffee, A small pat of butter and a small portion of strawberry jam completes the full offering. nothing else is offered or available and the breakfast service was, at best surly, every morning, as if you were a nuisance rather than a guest. The location is good but the hotel is only really a boarding house, and even at the low price it is not good value. If all you want is a clean bed and you are willing to eat and drink outside for your 3 square, it would suit you but there are a lot better options in the area at similar prices

The hotel offered all we required. Clean, reasonably comfortable bed, air con, TV and the location is excellent. Breakfast is very basic but adequate. The Nine Bakery next door was our option on a couple of mornings. Would stay here again.

We booked a suite what a joke it's a 4th rate hotel even had to pay for coffee in room no kettle no cups room smell of smoking bathroom flooded while showering nothing good about breakfast unless you like soup Pho so stay away from it.they show a pool but 3 block away

Hotel is a little old and needs a refurb butreasonably comfortable. Need to enforce no smoking in rooms policy. We moved rooms because of the stench.

this hotel location is good for any place you would like to go. the room is old but clean. there is a fabulous chocolate store downstairs. with this price, i think it is a good choice.
