I ordered breakfast at the restaurant area of the hotel, waited over 50 minutes for the omelette I ordered and the family who came in ten minutes after me got served while I didn’t.

The only positive thing was the bar and the friendly lady who served us drinks.

We had booked a room with 2 queen beds but only got a room with 2 smallish full beds. We informed the staff, who told us a manager was not available and there was nothing to do what about it. The TV didn't work. There was no toilet seat cover. the cafe was closed and there was no coffee. The coffee in the room was stale and the coffeemaker dirty. We were given too few towels. Apparently we got the tiny room because there was a wedding group at the hotel. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone, ever. The price was ridiculously high for such poor quality.

The weather changed on us making it harder to hunt so had to leave early

Staff is very friendly. Room looked good and clean. Nice price for a stay over night. Lunch meal was good. Room looked like it had fairly new flooring and carpet. The place was easy to find, being along the highway. More to the place than expected, with having a hotel, restaurant and a bar all together.

Room had a bad odor, like it used to be a smoking room. Way too much noise from the bar patrons at the end of the night---they hung out in the hall and made way too much noise. Loud talking, calling out to each other, etc etc. Made it very hard to get some sleep. Then noisy outside in the parking lot with their loud talking there as well, and tearing off in their cars. Was concerned about our vehicle, with drunks tearing past the parked cars. Then barely got some sleep and early morning staff was shoveling ice into buckets making a very loud crashing sound---waking us up once again. Not good to be close to that end of the hall. Way too noisy all around. Bad night's sleep. Not good for 5 hours of driving the next day. Had 2 shampoos supplied, but no conditioner for hair, and could not get any hot water from the bathroom sink. Breakfast food was not good at all. Everything was way overcooked. Hashbrowns were a very thin layer of super hard crunchy almost-burnt and not palatable at all. Meats were just as over cooked, and hard and crunchy on the outside, dark brown and to almost burnt stage. You have very hard water and way too much chlorine in it. Nasty to drink and hard on the skin. A water conditioner would be a great improvement.

Café, lounge and Hotel are all accessible from inside the building, no need to go outside to access any amenities. Lots of green space for exercising pets, located on the rear side of the facility which is located near a busy four lane highway.

Horrible smell in the hallway

Only place to eat except D.Q. but the menu and food were great.

Advertised queen beds, but they were only full size. No queens in hotel at all they said. A little tight for 3 or more in 2 beds.

Booked three room, only one room was up to standard. The second room had a broken AC, when the temperature was near 90 outside. The third room had a bathroom door that would not close all the way. Hall way was dirty with missing ceiling tile, and pipe leaking.

Price and the staff were amazing.

Beds are smaller than a queen size bed. Other wise, everything was great.
