The hotel room was comfortable clean and in order. Lots of shops restaurants and market market within walking distance. It’s a clean safe district 7 area. For a small hotel it fills the bill.

Due to the error between Agoda and the hotel, i couldn't get the room with my request: room with balcony and high floor. The Agoda did not give the right photos for type of room which lead to misunderstanding later and caused inconvenience for customers However, the owner solved by well attitude. I'm appreciated that and skip this time Location is good as many convenient places around, it's Korean area so food is not cheap The room is nice and clean, one of the staff was helpful, one is not. No wait staff at night so it's better to serve yourself Good experiment anyways, i might comeback next time

Downgraded room”
I booked a Deluxe room which supposed to be 35m2 with a kitchen, but was given a much smaller room with no kitchen at all. I think it's the standard room. The bed was stiff and not very comfortable to sleep on. When the receptionist about the small room I got, he said he doesn't know anything and he only handed it to be by the owner's order. When asked again, he said he has another room at another place which is bigger but it's under a basement!? The receptionist was nice, but he didn't seem like knowing anything he's doing Didn't feel good having to pay higher for a lower standard room.

thank for your commments, we have the other nice room on four floor because the room of second have a little trouble, but you did not agree, we change to the vip room with 80m2 in basement, it was so nice, but you did not to change, sorry for your uncomfortable so much, and we are looking forward your comming our hotel again, and hope you and your family are health and happy!

During my stay from Nov 21 - Nov 29, 2017 , the Hotel staffs namely, Ms Khanh , Ms July , Ms Luyen , Mr Vinh and Mr Eric not only provided their extra mile service to all hotel guests staying at Sabina Danang , rendering their hospitality services with their friendly demeanour, truly amazing attitude and service excellence. I'm located on Level 8, the rooms are of good size, excellent view of city n sea view, comfortable bed and superb housekeeping. Walking distance to the beach , and easy access to Danang city centre and Ling Ung Pagoda , The hotel staffs readily will provide their services towards transportation and extensive knowledge of Danang City. I spent one night here. Pity that I could not upload photos on agoda. My room number is 201. Service: the staff is friendly, polite. Room: It is a studio in deed. I love the beautiful & cosy decoration. White & classic style furnitue. The room & toilet are clean & tidy. There is a cute table & comfortable chair so that I could work on my laptop. Especially the small but modern kitchen with big fridge, microwave, induction hops, smoke consumer, etc.. there are also chests of drawers in the room & toilet. Location: everything by walk: Vivo city shopping & entertainment mall, restaurants, 24/24 convenient shops, nails salons, spas.. Safe area. I love to take a walk around. You should try Ganesh restaurant (Indian cuisine) 1 house a part. Yummy garlic naan & lamp masala. Price: it's really a good deal with only ~30$

The refrigerators had the staff stuff inside, and when check-in, they took them out, kinda funny. The bed is comfortable but the blanket had some black parts (dots) which I was not satisfied with. During one night, I was planning to go out after 10:00PM, the main entrance door closed and I planned to call but not receptionist there, same happened check-in. But check-out the guy was really friendly (as I told him one night earlier) and he helped me for suitcase carrying. Overall, the hotel is a good one in terms of location (nearby restaurants, shops), transportation (Grab or Taxi) etc. I chose it because it is close to SECC.
