    Poor quality service”

    For my biz trip I used to stay in SwissBel Hotel for few years but now I realise the service is poor. I book a quite room but they gave me one that has a live band from 6pm to 9pm. I request for a change but they refused to entertain me. Then the house keeping does not wash the cups daily and neither do they replace the toilet or facial tissues and give replace tea bags replacement. Service is poor definitely and I would definitely go for other hotels. If they do not keep up to their reliable service, they will lose businessman like myself staying in this hotel. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL........

    Good location in Pondok Indah which also means traffic noise, but for Jakarta’s noise standard is acceptable (my room was at 5th floor and not facing the street). In general is okay (facility and cleanliness) but service is slow and not up to international standard, although I’m not a demanding customer. We got a room which was still occupied by other guests when we came to the room. Check in is at 14:00 but the room was still being cleaned, we had to wait 2,5 hrs to get it ready. During every breakfast, our dirty plates were not removed even though I asked, we had little space on the table to eat. Had dinner in hotel restaurant, my husband’s grill fish was still raw.

    Everything was bad, except breakfast”

    Bedsheets had holes in them. The room was not clean. The noise insulation was so bad my family felt like they were sleeping in the street. But worst of all was the check-in. We arrived, sleep deprived, at the front desk, around midnight. There, the staff told us that our "3 adults with free breakfast included" booking only included 2 breakfast. That made no sense to any of us. We argued for 20 mins (at midnight, over a IDR 200k breakfast). Staff wouldn't budge and fix the mistake: to them a 3 adults booking with only 2 breakfasts included made sense. Annoyed, I gave up the fight to get some sleep. The next morning I called Agoda. They (obviously) told me that this was unnacceptable situation, and refunded me for the 3rd breakfast. Overall, I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. It is not worth it, I 'm still ashamed I got my family to sleep there, even for just one night. To be fair, my family told me that the breakfast was great, so there's that.

    Well spent”

    Access to the hotel close to the freeway, and close to pondok indah mall but the traffic is outstanding, outsmart the traffic by knowing the rush hours. Spent the night in the business suite, clean and comfy, the tan colored theme plus a dimmed lightings felt so homey and relaxing, plus its big enough for the bedroom and the living room with dining table and a sofa. Breakfast options were swiss bel group standard as i can see, not much but enough options. Minus point when i stayed, that the tv cables was out, i literally watched blue film 😂

    Big room and clean”

    The room was big since we booked for family two bedroom. Nice and comfy bed. Good hotel but the resepsionist not really friendly. The gesture and the way they talk in phones and with customers. The breakfast only for 2 persons though t is 2 bedrooms. Small pool. Not sure whether to visit this hotel again in the future. No early check in as we requested although we have 2 children with us and we waited from the morning. Quite disappointed with that.

    TOO CLOSE TO THE ROADS”

    This is my first hotel which had such a high noise level that I did not get a good nights sleep. The traffic noise goes down from 11 p.m. to 5 a.m. and then it picks up again. The man who handled my complain about my wifi connection didn't do much to ensure I had wifi.

    This is one of the best hotel i ever stay, the staffs are friendly. The location is strategic in front of public transportation, we can used that public transportation to go to the nearest mall here. At overall i'm very satisfied with the hotel quality.

    Some of the facilities need maintainance”

    Nice hotel , staff were friendly- but neet attention to detail first my booking was no smoking and i got a smoking room. The hot water doesnt work well its eaither to hot or cold i cant get warm water. Other than that i like the place a lot, breakfast aas nice etc

    Large room, with walking closet & bathroom separated by wall from bedroom. Very nice & comfortable room. Pity, there's construction development nearby, bit noise, and also traffic because of this. Lot of foods & bars nearby..

    Short Holiday in Pondok Indah”

    This hotel was previously an apartment which recently converted into a hotel. To our pleasant surprise, my room was upgraded to a Grand Deluxe Room facing the pool on level 3. There was a little balcony to the room but you can not open the doors due to safety precaution. The room was clean, neat and spacious. It had a working table and a large 32 inch LCD TV. Bathroom area was quite large but the it gets a little wet after you take a shower, especially if you have young children. The breakfast variety was good and you get Japanese, local Indonesian, American standard dishes. The breakfast restaurant was facing the swimming pool which adds to the nice holiday ambience in the middle of a busy area. Parking can be a little problem when you get a full house because they dont have enough space, so if you are driving and need a parking space, check-in early. The staffs were nice and helpful through-out my stay, a good service standard across the board. My only disappointment was the fruit during breakfast was not all fresh, a few of my watermelon cuts were sour.

    Room size was good, TV cable was bad”

    I stayed with my family in the two bed rooms family room. It was big enough for us. The downside is the TV Cable. Picture quality was bad, and the channel option only few, and plenty Chinese channels. Quality of food was good. Room service was okay, I ordered Classic Mocha Hot and they came with Mocha Frappe with more expensive bills. When I asked them to get me the original order, they came back with the order, but with the same bill, which is the Mocha Frappe's bill, not the Classic Mocha. And the waiter said it's the same price, which is not. Please educate your waiter to tell the truth. Thanks.

    Unproffesional, not honest, bad service, bad experience”

    This is the WORST HOTEL I’ve stayed in my entire life. Service is very bad. Check in time is very late (+2 hours from 2PM) only give 1 key for 2 person room. Ask the hotel to send our luggage to the room and it took VERY LONG. Only after we complain they send our luggage. One of the worst is they change rooms worst than what ive paid (ordered suite than change to family room) without asking permission or give us information. It is very rude and not service oriented. They also mixed up the rooms not as our request although repeatedly we have told the manager and give copy of our notes. THEY STILL MIXED THE ROOMS. Very bad experience, bad service, bad hospitality. Wont recommend this to anyone else. Specially they are NOT HONEST AND GIVE DIFFERENT ROOMS WORST THAT YOU HAVE PAID FOR

    Very bad experience”

    This is the WORST HOTEL I’ve stayed in my entire life. Service is very bad. Check in time is very late (+2 hours from 2PM) only give 1 key for 2 person room. Ask the hotel to send our luggage to the room and it took VERY LONG. Only after we complain they send our luggage. One of the worst is they change rooms worst than what ive paid (ordered suite than change to family room) without asking permission or give us information. It is very rude and not service oriented. They also mixed up the rooms not as our request although repeatedly we have told the manager and give copy of our notes. THEY STILL MIXED THE ROOMS. Very bad experience, bad service, bad hospitality. Wont recommend this to anyone else. Specially they are NOT HONEST AND GIVE DIFFERENT ROOMS WORST THAT YOU HAVE PAID FOR

    it was a great pleasure to spend my 2 days moment with my kids at Swiss Belhotel Pondok Indah, the hospitality of great staff from front office to housekeeping really nice and helpfull, plan to get more days with this excellent services and feel like home again, Love - Santy, Zara & Olive
