Cozy, Spacious and Comfortable!”
The hotel entrance is at a small alley but it's very easy to find. It looks modern and new. Downstairs is a cafe and co-working space, and staffs are really friendly and helpful. My room is huge with two queen size bed and a small kitchen with dining area. It's very clean and comfortable. They even provide a media box with Netflix access for entertainment! Please take note that there's no lift in the building and you'll have to climb stairs. So may not be convenient if you're carrying too many bags. Surrounding wise, you can find decent Vietnamese street food easily even at late night. I would definitely come to stay again next time!

We absolutely loved our stay here. When we come back to HCMC next year, we'll definitely stay here again. The price for laundry was fair and the woman was very sweet. The upper deck/ seating are was awesome. This was the only accommodation we found that provided us with a knife, chopsticks and a cutting board. It was a nice touch. They're also eco conscious and I was pleasantly surprised. We booked the Penthouse Suite for $20. / night CAD. We never would have been able to book a penthouse suit for that price anywhere else. 5 ☆'s in my opinion.

Very good service and nice room for great value”
The management team is very nice and caring for their client. I will definitively come back next time I need a good value and nice room. For work, the desk inside the room is a bit small but they have longer table in the entrance area. A plus : they serve Nespresso coffee !!

Great stay. Liked the quiet side street the hotel was located on. Proximity to the park was great. ”
The staff were wonderful. Had technical difficulties with the volume on the television but not a big issue as my kids watched tv on their devices. Proximity to the park was ideal for me kids. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Overall, I was quite happy with the value.

Nice place but some issues”
Pros, great location not far from city center, easy check in. Accessible staff. Cons, very firm mattresses, no lift, very high prices to do a few pieces of laundry. Price of larger rooms are also s bit high compared to similar properties

Worst staff ever in saigon”
Booked the pent house room and soon realized it was biggest mistake. The hotel has no elevator. The staff didn’t even offer to bring your luggage to your room. Had to drag my luggage up 5 level of stairs. Was in a rush and asked the staff to bring a package to the room. They rejected my request and said they will keep it at the lobby. On the day of check out, left the hotel for breakfast and the staff rudely reminded that check out time is 12pm. At 11:45am, knocked on my door and asked me to leave. Never ever was treated this poorly.

Hi Vu, first of all, we apologize for failing to assist you with your luggage and delivery package. However, we wish to kindly clarify something to avoid causing any further misunderstanding. All information such as no elevator available or check out time is well listed on all our booking sites. Our check out time is actually 11AM, meaning your check out at 11:45AM is already 45 minutes late. By the time you got back to the hotel it was already past 11, which explains why we had to make a friendly reminder. Hope you could do better research before booking next time to avoid hassles for yourself as well as others. Bests, Ta.maison team

Didn’t clean my room in 2 nights! Not even replenish water. Bathroom floods on taking a shower. Room window faces a wall. No intercom. Located in the midst o nothing touristy.

Very sad to hear such malicious comments and gave us the lowest points. Our all staff were having a very hard time because of your never-ending demands, too aggressive attitude and treating like our staff as your slaves indeed..sadly. We tried the best to fit your all needs, the owners waited for 2hours of delayed arrivals until 3 am because you insist on us wait for you to carry your 1 cabin luggage to the 1st floor. *Yes we do not change the bedsheets every day, *we do every 2nights and we got you free water because I gave you, the bathroom is an oriental style *so we prepare the bathroom slippers. Since you ask to get you the room on the lowest floor, so the room face to the wall as like other Vietnamese building does. *Our location is an ideal place for tourists with walk distant to War Museum and less than 10mins by car to ALL attractions at core downtown HoChiMinh.Yet you can feel the local vibe and very quite. I hope you are happy and satisfy with other any places next time

+ Personeel is heel erg behulpzaam. Wij konden niet op de geplande dag inchecken en dat werd zonder enige moeite aangepast naar de nieuwe incheckdatum. Ook zijn de kamers heel leuk ingericht en schoon - de badkamer verdient wat ons betreft wat aandacht... het is overigens wel schoon

Ruhige Lage, alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten befinden sich in näherer Umgebung. Freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Falls nach 21 Uhr Ankunft. Personal in Kenntnis setzen, sie senden dann eine Email entweder auf Agoda oder Email-Konto mit den Zugangsinfos. Ansonsten kommt man nach 21 Uhr nicht mehr hinein. Zimmer sehr sauber, alles bestens.

hình ảnh giống được 80% so với trên ảnh. Tuy nhiên các tiện ích vẫn chưa hoàn toàn phù hợp với nhu cầu sử dụng của mình. Phòng sơn hơi cũ Bù lại thì chủ nhà rất nhiệt tình và có vị trí đẹp nên có thể sẽ còn ghé qua p/s: Mong rằng lần sau nếu có dịp quay trở lại Tivi sẽ to hơn ở thời điểm sử dụng ^^

Giá rất tốt so với chất lượng phòng nhận được. Phòng sạch sẽ, có thiết kế riêng, view cực kì chill. Hai đứa mình mê xem film nên rất hài lòng về chất lượng TV của khách sạn 🥰🥰🥰 Nhân viên rất nhiệt tình hướng dẫn, từ bạn nv check in - check out đến cô dọn dẹp đều dễ thương. Vị trí dễ tìm giáp với NTMK và Võ Văn Tần, bảo đảm đi bộ 3 bước là có chỗ ăn ngon luôn... Mỗi tội k có thang máy nên đi lên đi xuống hơi vất vả xíu :))

Mình ở đây được 2 lần, thấy mọi thứ rất ok và hài lòng, phòng ốc nội thất rất sạch sẽ. Lần này mình ở phòng 401, có duy nhất 2 điểm trừ như sau: - Netflix trên tivi ko xem được do dây cáp kết nối bị lỗi - Ko có bình đun siêu tốc
