I came so early, i needed help because i had a problem with my Booking with Agoda. ”
At these time nobody speaked english, then when the reception guy came. He didn't show any intention to help me. Finally i could book, and i have to wait until 14 hs from 530 am.

In Out Is Give Hotel Grade And Value No Space In ,No Space Out Just Little Space,Room Jail You Only Not Bad As Total But Ayutthaya Is Spacious City For Fair No Permission For Small Property Make People Believe Better By Hotel Sector, Historical City Require Special Regulations .

The hotel was really nice. The staff I saw their English was almost non existent (hard at check in), but they were nice. Really close to train station.

The hotel is not far from the train station with walking distant. Very easy to find the hotel. There is a riverside restaurant behind the hotel.

Awful Service”
terrible service!! There was NO ONE who could check us into this hotel besides the security officer when we arrived and he didnt speak English. He was trying to make us pay again for a room. We finally got someone on the phone and they were just out getting food and wouldnt come back to check us in. Later, I went to the desk to ask a question and again, NO ONE was there! Turns out the man running the front desk would sit in the first room behind the desk and watch through a camera. But when I asked if we could leave our bags in the front for the day after we checked out they were very rude and unhelpful. I didnt want to leave my bags unattended, or not locked in a room, and he refused to sit out front. He said he would watch through the camera, but then later told my boyfriend he was going to be out for several hours... so he lied to me! Overall this was a decent room, close to the train station, but I cant recommend this hotel based on the AWFUL customer service. I just wanted someone who could check me in properly and in a timely manner and actually BE AVAILABLE to answer questions. Nope, you won't find that here.

Clean, comfortable, cute balcony, good location ”
I was very happy to stay at this place. The room was comfortable and the location was convenient: 2 mins from the train station and from the boat to cross to the island. Others commented that the wifi was bad, but I had no problems. As others said, the bed was rock hard. This was fine for me as I only stayed 2 nights. Might have been a problem if I was staying longer.

Stayed at the Ban Rim Nam room, wich Means by the Water, overlooking the klong and facing a bhuddist temple. A lot of interesting wildlife in and around the klong even though you are in the midle of the city. Nice clean room.

New hotel, very clean, great location”
Comfortable place, new facilities, clean room, no mosquito, good hot water, value for money. Friendly and helpful staff，although they can speak only a little English. Convenient location to train station and port, easy to get to DMK airport by train. Everything around is good, we like it. BTW, better to book this hotel in advance if you arrive on Saturday, it was full on that Saturday night when we arrived.

River front hotel and easy for local dining”
The hotel is located near by the river front on the same road with many hotels. It is very easy to find something to eat (local food). The room is standard size with standard bed room. Reasonable and acceptable.

Big and Clean room..close to Rail station”
Good for short stay as a transit hotel.. Great location, it is only a 5 minutes walk from the Ayutthaya Railway station with 2 convenience stores. Lots of local food stores along the road leading to hotel. Hotel has individual room unit at the ground level with direct river view although it is a small sub-branch of the main river. The Thai restaurant at the back of the hotel is worth trying. It is a floating restaurant with nice and slightly pricy Thai food,but there are lots of dinners at night. Do ask for mosquito repellent if you are wearing shorts when you diner at the restaurant.
