Wonderful hotel.”
The room is spacious and very comfortable. The restaurant makes amazing Vietnamese pancakes. The breakfast buffet is HUGE with so many dumplings and pancakes and European and American food. The staff are very kind and professional. Many of them speak english very well. I wish I were staying longer than 2 nights as there is so much to see in Hue and this hotel is the place to see it from.

Beautiful Hotel”
Don’t miss out on staying at this hotel. It’s beautifully appointed. Nice lobby, and great bar. But, our room was over the top. Simple and elegant are the two words I would best use to describe it. Plus, it’s a short walk to the river and walking street. Now add in the staff and you’ve got yourself a real winner. Everyone there had a ready smile and helpful with any questions. We were there for 3 nights and their recommendations for dining brought us to memorable and delicious establishments. This was our 3rd time traveling throughout S.E. Asia and this hotel was by far one of our favorites.

Very spacious room with large comfy bed and fluffy bed. Bathroom is very spacious and clean with large wide window. The bathtub needs an improvement though for how to perate the hot water and the shower and faucet. Breakfast was delicious with various local and international food in a very spacious restaurant. interesting swimming pool indoor for relaxing.

Nice hotel with elegant design. Very friendly staff with smiles all the time. Mr Nhật Khánh was very helpful and enthusiastic. The price was extremely reasonable for such a good place. I highly recommend this hotel to my friends when visiting Huế.

Everything is much better than I expected”
Everything is much better than I expected. Uyen (hostess) are very friendly, ready to support and respond quickly, which I’m so thankful for. You can also rent a motorbike here and ask for local tips on food and places to visit in Hue. Overall, I had a great time here. If I would come to Hue again, I would definitely come to this hotel again and recommend to others when possible. Come and feel their warm hospitality!

The hotel is very luxurious, clean and the staff very friendly. The location is good, walking distance from the imperial city and near the train station. There are also excellent places to eat around and the breakfast does not disappoint.

If you are going to visit Hue this is the hotel to stay at. From the general manager down to the bellhop everyone treats you like you are the Only person that matters to them. The rooms are great and the breakfast buffet is second to None. I don't want to name names incase I miss someone so just know everyone will treat you like family.

It is a beautiful hotel in the heart of city. It provided an excellent base from which to explore the amazing sites of imperial city and other areas. Khanh offered a wide range tips of famous local restaurant options for us. His welcoming hospitality and knowledge of local are so higher expectation. Newly refurbushed hotel done to a very high standard . Everything immacukate . Fantastic breakfast . Nice pool and lobby area . Staff couldn't do enough for us even gave us both a quality leaving gift and food and drink for onward journey ( only hotel to do that in our 6 weeks of travelling Asia ) nice touch

Good place to stay for a fleeting time in Hue - not sure if we got upgraded or something but our room was mega. Staff very helpful, booked our Hai van pass trip for us... great views from the breakfast restaurant

Such a lovely hotel. Very comfy beds. The staff is helpful. The location that is great - close to each of the restaurants but long enough not to hear all of the loud music. My favorite place we stayed in Hue.
