Great location”
The hotel is right smack in the middle of the city center, where plenty of really good restaurants are found within a walking distance. The staff onsite were courteous and enthusiastic (except for the front desk they were too busy for courtesies). My only complain is about their admin or whoever is in charge with their online accounts - prior to my booking i had questions for them which i sent via email and Agoda messaging but i got no response. The deluxe room was spacious and clean, it looked newly renovated. The bathtub was the old, shallow type but still nice to relax in. Shower worked great. Hot water was consistent. The fridge inside the room was defective, it suddenly started shaking/vibrating wildly we had to unplug it. The included breakfast is a buffet style and it did not disappoint. The ground floor hallway near the elevator area, and the elevators themselves were dirty and smelled bad. Everywhere else in the hotel was good.

Synopsis of the ApoView Hotel.”
Our stay at Apo View was without drama. A clean and friendly establishment with attentive and accommodating staff. Value for money, but as an older establishment does not provide all the bells and whistles of a new 5 star development. The rooms were of generous proportions, the beds comfortable, the air conditioning sufficient but the accouterments scarce. Water supply was plentiful, but was very slow in reaching the required temperature for an enjoyable shower. The meals offered were adequate, the cafe suitable, the bar well-stocked even though it doubles as a karaoke area which is not concomitant for a relaxing after dinner drink. The pool area was underutilized and suffered from an over supply of chlorine in the water making it very difficult to enjoy as it was dangerous for eye health. The attached Casino was small by nature with limited games available.... this did not have any impact on the security of friendliness of the hotel itself. The garden offed options for relaxatio

Been here 2 times for few days. The renovated rooms are 3,5* and very spacious. Great staff ( reception, porters and professional approach front office manager). Never seen a receptionist without smile and opened to help. Rooms equiped with everything to cover 3* European hotel plus little extras for 3,5*. The Dinner buffet offer is a must be tried deal! Believe it or not - the varieties cater for all tastes from East Asia to the Borders of EU on the West. Would stay again on next visit with pleasure.

The housekeeping staff led by Mr.Dennis returned my passport and my son’s.We neglected to put it away at check out but they found it and returned it.Wonderful people!Bathrobes and built in dryers should be put in every room though.Front desk people are polite .We will be returning here on our next Davao stay.Five stars for you Apo View.Thank you.

My Bestfriend’s Wedding”
We attended my bestfriend’s Wedding last 19th October 2019. All of us had so much fun. All the staffs are very friendly. Special mention to Lionela of front office. I forgot the name of the RA (lady) who took care of us. We stayed at room number 574. Although the room looks outdated already the cleanliness is well maintained and all our request are granted without Hesitation. She is approachable and always wear the best smile. Randy from the restaurant, thank you for the service. Hope you wnjoyed the booze. :) keep up the good work guys. Stay inspired. -FD

Nice hotel with buffet breakfast”
We celebrated our 7th wedding anniversary at this hotel. I made a request for early check in at 12nn but there was no reply from them. We checked in at about 3pm, sadly there were no available parking space because it was reserved for the wedding attendees. Parking slot will be available at 7:30pm. So we parked beside the street way too far from the hotel and had to walk going there. As we arrived at the reception, the hotel staff was able to fast track the check in process with no hassle. We were satisfied of our room (superior room) which has big space, clean and soft comforters, and complementary coffee and tea but only one small bottled water. What we liked most was the buffet breakfast. My husband was very much satisfied with the food. I loved their bread and jams. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.
