Поселили нас в номере на 1 этаже, хорошо что это была только одна ночь. Каждые 3-4 минуты включался какой-то аппарат, что дребезжала стена. У меня чуткий сон, да и ребенку у нас меньше года, тяжело было спать и не получилось отдохнуть с дальней дороги, как никак прилетели из другой страны!

nice and friendly staff, one of the biggest reason to recommend ”
i stayed in this hotel just one night, but it was enough time to see how nice and devotional services are provided by the staffs. unfortunately, i sprained my ankle during a tour, and could not continue my schedule, cuz i felt so much pain when walking. i was so depressed and sad. when i asked for some ice to keep the swelling down; however, the staff gave me ices wrapped with a piece of gauze on a bowl, and handed over a cup of water with a warm word of letting her know if i want something else. during i applied ice to my ankle, another staff approached to me and asked what happened to my ankle, and provided a chinese oil effective in relief in the pain.(she bought it for me, eventhough she kept it for the other guest like me) i was so moved enough to throw my gloomies away!!! the hotel room was nice and clean, and breakfast was good, but i recommended choosing this hotel with the reason of its staffs' kindness. thank you guys, sammie and julie!!

I really love staying here, the staff are super friendly and kind, at the first I look a little bit sceptical as their lobby is not look really decent, but their room is so spacious and clean compare to what I payed, it does really cheap. As what it stated that I didn't get breakfast, but they give me a breakfast and the breakfast quite nice. The location also near a downtown, about five minutes by walking. For the room, the water heater working so well except the air conditioning not that cold, they provide necessities such as hair dryer, toothbrush, shower gel, shampoo, hair brush, towel, and towel clothesbut they don't provide a shower cap and shaving tools. But I really like staying here and definitely be back if I come back again to HCM, I recommend all of you staying here, you won't regret and feel disappointed at all.

Room is very clean. I recommend you stay here if most of the time you are travelling outside and just need a place to rest and shower. We haven't got the chance to eat breakfast as our tour starts at 6:45 am and they serve breakfast at 7AM. We arrived early and thought we could get an early check-in but the staff told us that check-in time is 2PM, another staff came and told us she opened the AC in our room and said we can rest, maybe communication problem. A lot of good places along the area and 800m from Ben Than Market. Overall, great experience.

Hotel with nice city view”
Super nice hotel with very good city view Staff is super nice and kind Room is clean The only problem i had: I booked a room with city view. But at first night, they gave me a room on top with direction in the streets facing other buildings, and i see nothing but buildings. This room should not be listed at city view or street view, since you cannot see anything through window Luckily staff arranged to move us to another room in other side and it has beautiful city view. Pity that we only had 1 night left to stay.

My Mum and I stayed at The Chill Suites - City Center a few times on our stay in Ho Chi Minh City. What can I say ! All the Staff are amazing, Receptionists, Security Guards, Chefs, Housekeeping they were always happy to help us, even just to have a chat or even our dietary needs for breakfast. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone the location is great it’s in District 1 close to everything. Thank you for making us feel comfortable and welcoming us with smiles! Location is perfect as it is near to some tourist destinations.I would higly recommend to travellers visiting Ho Chi Minh. I come to HCM for business 1 week every month and I choose the chillsuite city center for my stay. The hotel location is quite easy to find, clean rooms, friendly staff. I have been here for about 5 times and quite lazy to write reviews but there is one thing that makes me unable not to but write. I once sent laundry and left about $ 90 in a bag without my knowledge. The laundry staff checked in and sent it back to the hotel and the receptionist sent me back in surprise. I appreciate the sincerity of the staff. Thank you

The hotel was clean and new. Nice location too. There's a supermarket just a block away where we bought our pasalubongs to bring back home. The price there are cheaper than the market. Breakfast was not included but the staff told us since the hotel was relatively new, they offer free breakfast to their guests. They serve different dishes everyday. Staff are very helpful. I would stay here again. 👍😁👍🙂

The hospitality of the staffs was the best. Although we paid for the room without breakfast included, but they still provided us free simple breakfast. Room was clean. They allowed us to leave our luggages at the reception after we checked out. The staffs’ service will make your day. Definitely recommend to stay here as the hotel was well located and the price was super affordable too.

Amazing Hotel, Great Location not to far from walking street if you wanted to just walk to save a little bit of money from a Grab. Hotel Staff was always professional and very kind. Offered many great locations to eat at which is very helpful. Rooms were cleaned and very spacious, great valued for the money in my opinion. Look forward to returning here.

Great condition and the room has a big window”
The staff was so kind and asked me if I take two beds or one queen bed with their room guide. They recommend me a better room at the same rate. The doorman helps me to bring a 20kg bag to the elevator. The door in the room has a camera that can check the room service or if someone tries to get into it. The room is clean.

The staff was really helpful and we felt welcomed right away. We had booked room with 2 beds and no breakfast, but they upgrated us to a bigger room with one big bed and we also got breakfast for free! The room was cozy and clean, and the bed was really soft. There was free conplimentary coffee and water, even earplugs were on the table if needed. Highly recommend this hotel!

I traveled by myself and they were nothing less than kind. My room was on the back half of the building and I woke up to the warm sun each morning in a quiet room. I booked this hotel to stay in Ho Chi Minh City. This hotel was located in District 1 which is close to many attractions and a lot of restaurants. Pricing was decent and the room was beautiful. The hotel was very kind in checking us in early. Normal check in time was 2 :00 pm but we arrived in the country around 10 am. When we got to the hotel, they said they will checked us in at 11:00 am. They are amazing and I would recommend booking here!
