Do yourself a favour and not stay here”

While I understand this is self service, the staff (all of them) were rude it was like an inconvinience everytime you wanted to ask/request their assistance and they could not even hide it. Our flight was due to land after 10 pm and we emailed way ahead (before booking) to check if this will be a problem and they responded nicely to the email saying they will be there waiting. On our arrival they charged us $50 a late fee because they said they had to have someone waiting for us. It would have been nice to know before we booked. Also they wanted a deposit of $150 cash right there or else they will keep your passport. The keys to our rool did not work and when we asked for assistance the lady gave us 2 more keys to go try ourselves ans see they worked and said she will be right behind us. And we waited and waited. Then they have unfriendly posts all over the room of do's and donts, like Do not sit on the bed because you will cause bugs. While I wa snot expecting hotel experience this was not a good experience and we continued staying here because we could not get our full refund.

Nice hotel with cosy rooms”

Location was very near the subway, great for budget travellers who are planning to use the subway alot. Room was cosy and most importantly clean! Had a little kitchen with alot of amenities like microwave oven, toaster etc Service was good with the owners always checking up to make sure the stay is pleasant!

The location is perfect, takes 5 min to walk to the subway. From station 125st/lenox ave it is 13 min to Times' square.

Greeted nicely by owner, nice typical american terraced building with lots of caracter, 2 blocks from subway station, 15 min away from Times Square.

i really enjoyed my nine days here. it's a nice, "cozy", quiet hotel in a great part of harlem. right near 125th street, which is a great place to start exploring the neighbourhood and nyc. 10min walk from central park; 20min walk from columbia uni; and 20min to downtown on the train. you won't find better value in nyc!

gut gewählt”

Über alles gesehen waren wir sehr zufrieden mit dem ICI-International Cozy Inn. Das Personal war superfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage gut. Wir waren zwei Frauen und auch spät abends nach Hause kommen war in Harlem nie ein Problem. Wir wurden nie belästigt. Unser Zimmer war die Nummer 14 ganz oben. Dass wir das Bad auf dem Gang mit den Bewohnern eines anderem Zimmers teilen mussten war nie ein Problem. Schweizerische oder deutsche Reinlichkeitsmasssäbe darf man nicht ansetzen; das Zimmer war so so la la geputz und in den 12 Tagen, in denen wir dort waren, wurde nur 1 x die Bettwäsche und 2 x die Handtücher gewechselt, Das Zimmer wurde nie gereinigt...Boden oder Staub gewischt...

Buena relación calidad precio en Nueva York”

Teniendo en cuenta que los precios de los alojamientos en Nueva York son carísimos, este hotel tiene buena relación calidad-precio. Está en un buen lugar de Harlem, junto al metro y un supermercado. Es fácil llegar al centro de Manhattan desde aquí. Las personas que te atienden te ayudan bastante y la decoración del hotel es muy acogedora y con encanto. Lo malo es que no tiene desayuno, no hay ascensor y si te toca en la última planta cuesta subir las maletas y nuestra habitación no tenía baño, hay que compartirlo.
