Not really satisfied with some attendants, both receptionist and housekeeper. Nonetheless, the manager understood and tried to solve problems very well. Will return if possible.

Not sure what they used for cleaning the floor but it was sticky and very uncomfortable to walk with bare foot.

I paid 50k vnd for late check out. But in fact, because of waiting for the elevator,cleaner and the receptionist, we were late about 10-15mins at the reception desk. Even i explained, they still charged extra. Cannot understand it.

Pros: The hotel is new, clean, well furnished, and conveniently located near the airport. The prices are good. The hotel communicates clearly the cost of checking in early which is 50,000 dong or $2.17 USD per hour. Cons: The management and staff could be better trained to treat customers a little better and make sure that the rooms are ready before the check in time. I arrived at the hotel at 2:30 PM, which is half an hour after the check-in time. I was informed that the room had not been cleaned. I had to wait 40 minutes before I could get into the room. Because I was very tired after long transpacific flights, the delay in getting into the room did not create a good first impression of the hotel. The reception staff could be trained to give an estimated time that the room would be ready rather than just telling the customers to wait.

Superior room have no day light”

Be aware that the superior room have a window with 0 light coming inside, there is a wall just outside it. Should be sold as a room without window. I changed to deluxe room but had to pay extra. Location is near airport

Location is on the way to airport. Very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. There is also free coffee in the room. I stayed there 2 nights and will choose this hotel for my next trip. Specially recommend. With that price this is the best hotel to choose.

Morgens wurde bereits gegen 6 Uhr laut vor unserer Türe geputzt und geredet. Die Lage ist nicht sehr zentral wenn man die typischen Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen möchte. Allerdings in einer halben Stunde zu Fuß vom Flughafen entfernt. Bett war sehr hart und wir hatten nur ein sehr kleines Fenster mit Blick ins Nachbarzimmer, somit nicht wirklich Tageslicht. Zimmer war allerdings sehr sauber.
