Tricky hotel”

Please be careful when you book this hotel for your family. You have to pay additional charge even though your confirmation shows the booking is for 3 people. According to them, their policy is allowing people to stay only for 2 and additional person has to pay USD100 more. They don't care that the booking confirmation shows 3 people and according to them, it was the mistake of Agoda. Our family stayed Waldorf Astoria the day before they moved to St. Regis at the same price and it was much much nicer choice in therms of quality and service. The room of St. Regis became already very tired and can not compare with their new competitors like Waldorf or Park Hyatt. Please be careful when you book this hotel. Otherwise, you will be cheated.

St Regis Bangkok is very convenient to stay, cos is link together with BTS. From 13-16.05.2019, 2nd time I stay at this hotel. The are happen when I check-out. The front girl print-out the invoice ask me to check. When I'm doing the checking, I'm so shock. Cos the Invoice cost me Bath4410 for the transportation? I was telling the girl, I never call for the transport. How come you bill me the amount Bath4410. The girl say, this info was get from downstairs man. The name & room no was correct. I'm very angry & argue with the girl. The girl say, their need time to do the investigator. After 1-hrs, I back to find the girl. The girl was telling me is their people given the wrong info. And apologies to m. My point to write this letter is: How come the name & number no are correct on the invoice and those customer stay at hotel. Hotel should keep are the customer info as secret. Rarely I will write comments on my stay but I must do so for St Regis Bangkok. The moment when you step into the entrance, it basically change your mindset of a hotel's services. From the doorman, bellboy till front desk and not to forget the butler too, all of them are providing you a superb 5 stars service that you may not experience in other hotels. Your luggage will be delivered till your doorstep by bellboy upon checkin. The butler will arrive in within 5-10mins thereafter and offering their services, and do you know that the butler service is 24hrs throughout your stays.! Whenever and whatever services you need, just dial it and the butler will reach to you soon. When you shopping with a lot of bags, you will have one of their bellboy to carry for you to your room. You need taxi? They order for you, but if you chose to take sky train with your luggage, they will escort you till the station platform that you never expected them so. With great pool view in day & night, relaxing yourself after the shopping with some bites from the pool bar and just simply charge to your room, that's easy. Rooms are spacious, clean & comfortable. Is my first time with St Regis Bangkok and really impress me. Worth of money and definitely will come back for my next visit.

Excellent butler team”

Our stay did not get off to a good start owing to some confusion with the reservations and the manner the staff handled my fiancee's special request during the confusion. However, upon checking in th e experience turned positive with the intervention of heir duty manager Alan. Alan and the personal butler team were very diligent and thoughtful in fulfilling my fiancee's special request in a very short time. On top of that, their personally handwritten card with well wishes was a wonderfum personal touch. Overall, the manner in which they recovered from the initial bumpy start is commendable and befitting a brand like st regis

I had a wonderful stay at St. Regis Bangkok. The staff and our butler are all very helpful, sincere and friendly. I had an early/efficient check-in and free upgrade. Gorgeous green view from our suite. The suite is spacious. Breakfast has a lot of varieties. The spa is very nice with hot & cold jacuzzis. I had a relaxing hot stone massage. Really enjoyed our stay here. Highly recommended.

Location - great. Next to BTS station, which is connected to the second floor Check In - Prompt, professional, welcoming. Room - Large, great view, very clean Bathroom - Fold Away wall that allowed natural light in, two sinks Breakfast - Great selection, prompt service, friendly. Butler service - we didn't know how to work with them. But they were great.

What a Hit!”

The location is great! Right next to the BTS station, with a direct skybridge link to the hotel. This is very convenient especially if its raining. The concierge staff were very friendly and helpful indeed, making sure that our stay was as pleasant as possible. They were attentive and approachable. The hotel itself was very luxurious and the room was very comfortable. As for dining, we had dessert at the Italian restaurant and it was great! Would definitely return to try the full course menu as well as the Japanese restaurant as well.

My 5th time staying in St Regis Bkk. fast check-in and out. Excellent hotel staffs especially the concierge staff. They really will walk an extra mile for u. Breakfast spread is one of the best in bkk hotels if not the best. Super quality. Room is very comfortable especially their pillows. Location is in front of BTS and very near to all big reputable shopping complexes. Will come back again with Agoda special rate.

This is not my first stay in st regis bkk and its always fabulous. especially the concierge. Restaurants reservation, messages and parcel deliveries are almost perfect. only complain is 400baht per day charges for internet/wifi usage.i believe it should be complimentary. But u can book room with free internet package.Italian restaurant JOJO is good.

Great location next to the Rajadamri BTS station”

The hotel has everything going for it - great food, great staff service and great location. However, some things that stood out for me as a holiday plus business traveller with young kids: 1) the place was not kids friendly, the pool was 1.2m which is not suitable for a toddler. 2) breakfast had very limited options, the choice of fresh juices was great but that's about it. Other than that, the service from the staff was outstanding, we had fresh foods everyday and cute little thai desserts with the turn-down service.

Have stayed in almost all the 5 stars hotel at Rajmadri, St Regis is my favourite. Its very new, direct acesss to the Skytrain, very near to Central and the hotel is of international 5Satr standard. Room comfort and attentive staffs are just excellent. Room size is good and breakfast spread also of good quality. Jojo the Italian restaurant is a MUST try.

Wonderful stay”

The St. Regis Bangkok hotel is a very good hotel, wonderful service and very nice rooms - as expected from a St. Regis. Big pro is that this hotel is adjacent to MRT station: they even have a separate entrance which leads directly to the MRT. Cons for this hotel are: - no free wifi service in rooms, breakfast was mediocre (I have had better ones in other hotels), pool was a bit small and pricey rooms. As there are tons of other good hotels in Bangkok, next time I would stay in a different hotel: just because of the price tag that is quite above other hotels'.

Very plesant and stress free”

My stay at the St Regis was a pleasant surprise. The hotel is situated in one of the best locations in the center of Bangkok opposite the race course and one stop from the siam square sky train satiation which gives you great access to the best shopping in Bangkok. The hotel staff are extremely professional and friendly, my room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good. A lovely spa and health club facility's. The pool over looks the race course. I had an extremely relaxing stay.

An excellent get away”

Everything about the stay was perfect. A beautiful room all around and the personal butler service is a nice touch. A bit pricey but among the few luxury rooms I think worth it in the major hotel chains.

it's my 5th times staying with them, and my upcoming trip to Bangkok will still be staying with St Regis. And to all SPG members, do not book any SPG hotels under the third party client. As you will not be awarded points even tho you are staying with them.

Consistent”

St Regis standard, can't really go wrong. Service is impeccable, rooms are spacious etc. Only thing is that Bangkok has an enormous supply of accommodation, so value-wise slightly questionable. But feeling to splurge, why not. There's also a stylish restaurant downstairs (Zuma, the london chic japanese chain) serving proper cocktails.

due to a business meeting had to go there anyway, so decided to stay also over night, and it was a good decision to find out that st regis is a modern and really great hotel, comfortable and best located, just at sky-train station to directly access, will consider to go back there sometime
