на рецепшине бестолковая заспаная баба , номер оч маленький,, в туалет полный человек не поместиться. вокруг ничего нет на километры. в комнате чисто, но под кроватью старые тапки упаковка от презервативов.

Proximity to Bitec is so good!”

The stay was very comfortable, junior suite is big and spacious for us. All the staff gave the best quality service!! The only thing I didn't like is that the bathroom gets flooded sometimes when you take a bath. We no longer reported this because we were happy with the overall service and the place. Keep up the good work!

Nice staff and great stay”

Staff is so nice & feel pleasure from their services. location is not near the city, will have huge traffic jam if you are traveling to the city center in early morning. but if you are attending the exhibition, it's great location. however, room is clean, nice bed, nice staff. breakfast is just alright..

Year end party with friends”

I was planned to rest and have a small party with close friends, and sent messages to all residence in Bangkok. Only Thomson residence replied kindly that they are welcome my stay. Booked Executive suite, call some friends, and we had a wonderful time grab pizza and ice cream together, saw old movies, and countdown for 2018. Peacefully woke up in the morning had bath, and breakfast was tasty too. Every crew was nice and cared for us. Strongly Recommend this residence!

Nice cosy hotel.”

Thomson Resident is part service apartment and part hotel. The room is well equipped. Strong hot shower, cold and quiet air condition, real wooden floor, fridge and washing machine. 24hr. security guard. I feel comfy and safe. The building is clean and well taken care of.

Somewhat out of the way”

The hotel itself is a great place to stay, the location leaves a lot to be desired. Although the worlds largest restaurant is just 5 minutes away there is very little choice of eating establishments nearby. I must say that the guy that sells the charcoal chicken across the road has it down to a fine art and is indeed some of the best chicken I have ever had.

Always good”

I always book this hotel for my oversea colleague. The hotel is near airport, very clean, and comfortable. The price is also cheap compare to other hotel near by. But the hotel is a bit far from restaurant/market, you cannot walk.

Best option for bitec show”

it is very easy to find the taxi since it is located in a busy small alley. it is walking distance to bitec. so you don't need to stuck in the jam if you have to attend a trade show. everything in this hotel is very proper and comfortable. internet is also very stable. it is very good for biz traveller.

Home based Service Apartment”

Good Service, with a kitchen which you can cook your own breakfast / food, (kitchen utensils all ready for you), the room is clean and looks new. But not a walking distance to Bangna BTS station. U need to spend around 40 baht to BTS station. From BTS Bangna to town needs around 15 minutes.

Fantastic Hotel”

we were participating an exhibition at bitec bangna. this is the perfect location as it is just 2 mins drive from hotel to exhibition center. the 2 bedroom suite is clean, spacious, modern and the environment is very quiet. we have a small kitchen and culinary for cooking as well. we enjoy our stay a lot. it is really value for money for a family trip as well.

Overall the hotel stay has been pleasant, the staff is friendly and helpful. Clean and neat rooms with cooking facilities. It is good for travellers that is attending exhibtion at BITEC as it is walking distance to it. The only set back is far away from city area. The only near by shopping is Central, about 10mins cab ride. Massage is available with hotel introduction.

Airport proximity”

A new hotel style, rooms are reasonably large even at the cheaper range, good bathrooms. A washing machine and drying rack. Need to take the phone number in case the taxi has difficulty finding it. A short ride to Bangna area Big C and Central dept Store/plaza. Nearest restaurant is the Royal Dragon - very large with a nightly floor show and good food. Close to BITEC convention centre. Would recommend this place highly.

Thomson Bang Na”

Located about 20 min from airport. Taxi was under 200B plus 50B airport surcharge. Located next to Royal Dragon rest which claims to be largest rest in the world. Good internet connection. Breakfast only at whatever hour you select in the morning.

Nice one night stay”

There are actually 3 building in this Hotel, We had 2 rooms in the 5 floor building across the street from the main office. Rooms were clean , no bad smells, beds comfortable, not worn out. Did not see any bugs. Real security guards, who are very helpful at all buildings. Not fancy, but clean and comfortable for a one night stay. Need to take a taxi to restaurants, more than a few kilometers to nice places to eat, but that is not expensive. Few amenities to enjoy as this is more like a condo, but a good place to get a rest and sleep. 1400 baht was ok for a clean nice quiet room, not a party place. Get your taxi to stop at a 7-11 for drinks and snacks before you arrive.

Good choice for accommodation if you got some event to attend at bitec hall which is just 5 minutes distance from hotel, clean room and nice staff but unfortunately there is no convenience store nearby. Also I would like to thank you miss.bowla at the reception for my forgotten sweater situation once I stayed.

Perfect location if attending an event at BITEC. The kitchenette and washer/dryer were welcome additions. The breakfast did not seem worth the money and the shuttle is not the most reliable. If needing a taxi, book well in advance, but the Sky train is fast and reliable.

Love the cleanliness, very attentive staffs. But less option for groceries or restaurant.

Near to BITEC and clean”

The only reason that we choose this hotel is because it is walking distance to BITEC (about 10 minutes walk) and taxi cost around 40 Baht. Room is clean, bathroom is a bit small. They provide a simple breakfast - choices of porridge, breads or omelette set with sausage and ham.
