Вид из окна действительно прекрасный. Номер большой, потолок высокий, это не всем понравится так как лифта нет. Весь набор услуг, как впрочем и везде на острове. Вода горячая и напор постоянно. Если хотите ездить на лифте, иметь в наличии чайник, холодильник и т. д., выбирайте отель подороже. Хреново работал кондиционер, но при наличии двух вентиляторов он не очень-то нужен. Пыль на шкафу протереть было бы не лишним.

Был в отеле со 2 по 4 ноября 2015 года. Не ожидал, что за такие небольшие деньги будет такой большой номер с шикарным видом из окна на бухту. Персонал очень дружественный, проблем не возникало. Рекомендую данный отель.

Dirty”

Good price, bit didn't fancy used condom under the bed. Staff recomended to take the fuel from the lady on the street which cost us more than the Scooter rent for a day.

Get what you pay for”

Room is decent but don’t expect more (I slept on my linen to be honest). The staff is weird, sometimes nice sometimes invisible. You always need to go to the reception to ask for hot water. Please don’t eat there it’s the worst food I had in Vietnam in a month. Convenient to relax on a budget.

For a private room at $3 with good WiFi, comfortable bed and a tv, you can’t beat this value.

Lovely clean place, we loved it!”

When we arrived the owner invited us to drink some tea, which was super nice. The whole family is very welcoming and just lovely. We really enjoyed our stay, because the rooms are super clean, the breakfast includes everything you could asked for and they help you out, whenever you have a question. Our favorite hotel in Vietnam so far.

Pleasantly surprised”

This place is great value for money. The location is great, right on the ocean front with sea views from most rooms. The staff were friendly and always around and their English was good enough. The rooms were clean although a little outdated. Be warned that there isn't a lift so you have to climb a lot of stairs. We extended our stay for an extra night and would recommend to other budget travellers.

The hotel itself is a bit run down, but you cannot beat the value or the location. Upgrade to the sea view rooms. Limited English with the staff/family that runs it, but super friendly and very helpful. I would stay here again.

I thought the price was to good to be true. Got here, for what I paid I am perfectly happy. They have a restaurant, it is perfectly situated right on the scenic bay, with a lovely view, for what I paid it exceeded my expectations. I will be back.

good location and view, bad mattress ”

What a great vie from the room 😁 hotel is great for the price. Only the mattress were bad : one dead, one hard. But the staff is smiley and helpful, with good prices on buses and day trip. Couldn't try the restaurant unfortunately.

super value for the money ”

Don't expect to have the best bed nor the best TV. But for the cheap price we pay we had a perfect locating, sea view and great comfort!! They provide anything you need! Take a fast shower, hot water is not forever! The staff is super nice and helps. Restaurant is tasty and good price. We hardly recommend it.

Made things easy for us”

The host runs a nice basic hotel. He and his family are very accommodating and helped us with a very cramped schedule. His boat tour of the bay and Monkey Island are well worth it. He worked out our transport back to Haiphong easily while fitting our schedule and then allowed us to use an empty for last minute showers well after check out time.

could be a lot cleaner and found a bedbug”

It's a basic budget place so don't expect too much - but I ended up moving after 2 nights because I saw an adult bedbug crawl across my blanket on the second night. After I moved, I also realized that I shouldn't have put up with the place at all as I didn't feel it was too clean from the start. Place is cheap but so are many others in town that are better value. I found the bathroom was among the least clean in all the places I stayed at in Vietnam and Thailand (also all budget places). The room wasn't great either - blankets had stains, etc. even though they were probably laundered. I was there in March so the whole town was very damp, but this room was more damp and smelled of mildew which was also the case in another place I moved to. However, one place I stayed at was not damp and didn't smell of mildew - maybe because it was on the far end of Nui Ngoc St. away from the water. I don't blame them for the dampness but they could do a much better job of cleaning. overall, an unpleasant stay and Inwould advise looking around for a much better value for your budget dollar.

Change is reserved but very helpful. He offers great tours at significantly less than Cat Ba Ventures and get get out a kayak or scooter at a great price.

Too much budget”

I typically stay in budget hotels, but this one was too budget. Very, very damp, humid, musty. We could open the windows and turn on the fan, which was a blessing, but the only place to put clothes, in an armoire, smelled aweful. The bathroom was tiny, smelly and wet. For awhile the sink drained right onto the floor. That was fixed but the shower did the same with no way to dry things out. That said, the view was lovely, location great, staff friendly. We just couldn't take the humidity and smell, so left a day early.

Not what the original booking implied”

I booked for Alibaba's hotel, but the address I was given was for Trang Anh. Needless to say, I was confused. The pictures for the room were nothing like the actual. I had two beds, one was a spring mattress where you could feel every spring, the other was like a mattress board. I slept on the board. If you like sleeping on hard surfaces, it's fine. There were tiny ants in my room when I got there, which they then sprayed. Though the tiny ants were back a few at a time the following days. The hot water is only for a few hours in the morning and in the evening. And it doesn't last very long. The people are friendly though and they have cheap prices on tours. I didn't mind staying there, but it's definitely a little run down.
