Heavenly resort to relax!”

We stayed at Trisara for 3 nights for our babymoon. The resort is quite, private, and peaceful. It's got a beautiful private beach as well. All staffs are super friendly and helpful, but particularly staffs at the airport & concierge. Food was amazing. We enjoyed our dinner at the Deck, watching sunset. Our villa was kept very clean... What more can I say, we didn't want to leave! And we will definitely come back!

The facilities and the villas are amazing, but the true standout here is the excellent service. I was here for my honeymoon and when my wife wasn't feeling too well, the staff went above and beyond to help. I am so thankful and grateful to the people at Trisara.

Luxury stay top notched service ”

The difference between a normal 5 star chain hotel and a hyper luxury property like Trisara is all in the details. From the time you step onto the property to the point you check out, it feels like having a private butler 24/7 with you. Staff were friendly and attends to all requests promptly, amenities, facilities, room quality are all top notched. Plus the view is spectacular!!

Expensive but worth it”

We came for a couples getaway and were blown away by the view and hospitality. The breakfast spread brought to our villa was amazing and the weather was very nice. The service was impeccable as well.

We got upgraded to ocean view pool villa and the size is up by at least 30%+ ! Thanks to the team, our stay has been awesome with a mix of good food and first class service. What amazed us most is the send off service offered by the hotel at the airpot, we are very much well taken of!

Fabulous stay with top-notch service”

Property exceeded our expectations. The views are incredible from the villa. What most impressed us was the service and staff. Every request was granted, the staff never said "No", which is unusual in Thailand! Food was fantastic. Plenty of activities but also perfect for a quiet relaxing and luxurious vacation in Phuket. Would definitely go back!

This is the most luxurious villa hotel in Phuket. Amazing service, luxury villas, fantastic seaview, excellent organic restaurant!! Would definitely recommend this place!

I expected more”

I decided on Trisara after reading the fantastic reviews they had. Everything about the place turned out to be average. The food was very average and we had quite a number of meals in the hotel so I tried the breakfast, international and thai cuisine. Some dishes were good and some were not. But nothing that really stood out. In terms of staff, they were all friendly and I believe they tried. But their command of English was generally poor. They struggled to answer basic questions. I have stayed at various Aman and Four Seasons and perhaps I had the impression that Trisara was in the same league after reading some very favourable reviews. But it is not. For example. The first day I arrived the TV had problems, I called the staff and he said it happens when there is a heavy rain. He was right, the tv connection came back on. But after 20mins, the tv reception went off again. I called the staff to ask as it had stopped raining. He repeated the same explanation and i said but it is not raining anymore. He said something and then hung up. I was left on the other line wondering what had just happened. Also one of the closets in my room was leaking water and when i called to inform the staff, they said they will send a repair man to look at it. 30mins later, no one came and i called them again and they said yes they are aware if there is heavy rain the cupboard leaks and asked if i wanted to change a room. But basically no repair man was coming. Its minor things like that. For the price they charge, i think there are better options.

As the one who really enjoys the peace & quiet, Trisara is always the best place to stay in every way not to mention the kind people working there. I am sure that I will go back to Trisara every holiday without wasting my time & effort looking around or for another place.

Weekend break with friends...”

Stay in pool villa. Accommodation was of the highest quality. We were allowed late check out without the usual issues. Food was excellent. Wine selection was extensive. Service was inpecable and staff very friendly and professional throughout out stay. Brunch on Sunday is a must. Fantastic resort. Cannot recommend highly enough.
