Cheap non-ventilated place to stay ”
If you don‘t have issues to stay in a muggy airless room without windows, ventilation or AC, you will find a cheap place to stay. Room and sanitaries are compareable clean. No elevator in the hotel, and you will hear the guy in the next room snoring or what ever he does. But it’s still cheaper than most youth hostels. Just consider it as dorm with thin paperwalls between the beds and you have got the picture:)

Budget hotel with basic amenities”
Rooms were smaller than what we thought, but if you need a room for a night sleep, this is not a bad option. There were only 3 restrooms per floor and you might have to wait sometime, but they were sufficiently clean. Overall, you can't ask for more with the cheap rate in such a good location.

My first extreme experience ”
In case of lack of money for a normal hotel, this place is a way out of a difficult situation. But be aware that this place is definitely not a hotel in the general sense. This is just a rooming house. This is a place where you can warm up after a frost, spend the night and go to the common toilet and shower. If you are claustrophobic, then you will have a very hard time in your room - a windowless box that is made of drywall. So you can hear everything your box neighbors are doing. If you have more than one person, it will be difficult for you to fit in your box together. And if you also have suitcases, then you will finally know how tuna feels in a tin can. But the plus of this place is that the hotel is located on the border with the Soho area and you can have a good time there. After 11 pm, be very careful on the street, as you can be robbed by a couple riding a scooter. But this place will save you from stay on the street without any place to sleep. In this case just have to say thank you U.S Pacific hotel

Right on Bowery close to Grand St. subway station where they sell meat skewers until late. Very basic, small room with shared bathrooms that were kept clean by the staff all day.

Small, basic with very few amenities. Mostly clean. Excellent location for Chinatown, soho and easy to access metro. Rooms very small and wouldn’t recommend for families. No amenities like coffee or tea making facilities and certainly no room for a fridge or any other frills! Steep stairs with no lift which is tough with heavy luggage! Having said that, was great value and good area. Lots of cheap(and great!) eats and coffee/breakfast available in shop across the road. Recommended if you don’t mind roughing it a bit.

Un peu bruyant au premier étage à côté de l'accueil. Portes de chambres non insonorisées. Propre et sans bestioles. Petit mais confortable. Toilettes partagées propres et en nombres suffisant. Serviette, savon, shampooing, brosse à dents fournis. Super bien situé dans Chinatown. Proche de petite Italie, du métro et des ponts de Brooklyn et Manhattan.

el servicio de wifi esta restringido para algunas paginas, para ver streaming, los baños están bien pero podrían estar mas limpios.
