Had a great stay at this hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean room and linen. Ideal location that is near a big road, yet not noisy, and close to several restaurants and attractions. I've already booked here again for my next visit!

Beds too hard, picky about check in times, you'll need a taxi or bike to go anywhere as they're out of the way a bit. Probably just about worth the cost but certainly no more.

Not what it used to be”
Stayed here 3 years ago and the place was terrific but things have changed. Recently visited while Ubon Ratchathani was experiencing historic flooding. The bedding needed to be changed, and there was a big stain in the middle of the duvet that smelled of some kind of human discharge. It was pretty disgusting. Wifi wasn't working for the duration of our stay but since we had cellular internet service that wasn't that big a deal. The saddest part of the experience was the front desk staff who are clearly totally burned out and made it obvious they would rather not deal with us. It was disappointing, I had enjoyed my previous stay and booked two nights. The room was good sized, AC and hot water worked well, facilities overall were acceptable. We stayed a week in Ubon but checked out of Ubon's Best after two nights and stayed elsewhere.

Toilet didnt flush correctly, only hotel I know not to supply soap, tap and shower needed fixing as water squirted out along cracked areas, bed firmer than one would like. But it was discounted so for value it was fine, wouldnt pay much more than 400 for this though.

Made me wonder about the ratings...found it odd and strangely uncomfortable, that the receptionists were sleeping in beds in the lobby...no screen, no curtain. On entry to room found cockroach in bathroom, bathroom fan very dirty, obvious leak from upstairs shower drain had not been repaired properly. This is a relatively new property (as evidenced by the unfinished parking lot), but if they don't stay on top of maintenance, it will be old quickly. Perhaps they expanded faster (2 buildings) than the budget can handle. And I found it oddly unnecessary to charge a 100 baht deposit....we had paid up front, and there was nothing from the room that most people would ever want. Sorry I cancelled my other booking at HopInn. At least with HopInn you have a pretty good idea what you are getting.

Pros: Cheap, clean, accessible, well positioned and staff are very friendly and helpful. Cons: The beds are rock hard. Fine for me as I have a bad back. However, my partner found it a little uncomfortable.

Take care of my luggage, I most likely lost in the hotel 3,000 Thai baht, the location is partial, go back late at night in the roadside full of wild dog you scream, basically no service, the room is also no security, valuables Best to carry, there are other better hotels in Ubon Ratchathani, is not recommended to stay!

Couldn’t have asked for more”
From the time we arrived to the moment we left, my partner and I were happy with this hotel. I would warn people that the bed in our room was rock hard. Anyone liking to sink into a mattress would not approve. However, I have a bad back, so for me, it was perfect. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

Good option for Ubon”
The city is really world renowned for having the best in hotel options but this one hit the spot. Good value for what you get, which is basically what other places give for an extra 50% of the room charge. The only downside is the location. Too far out from town considering it's already a small town. Nice staff though. Would stay again.

Clean big room with best price hotel”
This hotel is not far from airport , if you come by meter around 70 bhatta only. But this hotel isn’t located in prime location : hotel room is very big ,very clean .There are 2 lady working in reception with perfect English , they are very friendly and helpful :. The price of hotel is very cheap as compote to facility . Only problem I seen is a lot of ant around the room ., if your food by chance in outside then refrigerator bunches of ants come in your food. Anyway I stay 3 night with peace and enjoyable condition , this ie prefect family hotel with parking facility.

Perfect for us...”
We found the place very pleasant. The room was very good and had plenty of space. A few more hooks or places to hang stuff from in the bathroom could be an improvement the owners could condider. The downside is that there is no lift and I couldn't be bothered to carry my main bag up to our room. The yard is unpaved at the moment so in the wet there is mud. Everyone that I spoke to here were very friendly and pleasant. Generally a good stay.

Clean place for a night or 2”
No much in terms of facilities, but if you want a nice clean comfy place for a few nights, this place will fit the bill. Loved it. Rooms are clean and modern and cheap. The male staff couldn't speak much English, but there's a young female receptionist who spoke excellent English in an American accent, so communication wasn't a problem.

我觉得性价比很高。年前独自一个旅行，过年的时候想着找家好一点的酒店来过除夕。选这家真的没错，很干净，空间也很大。而且出门就是一条比较繁华的街道，好多寺庙，楼下就有卖吃的和水果。唯一不足就是在装修，周边环境略为嘈杂。
