Deluxe City view is 22 square meters, not 32”

Although Agoda lists this hotel as near Pham Ngu Lao, it's actually quite far from it. You'll need to walk about 30 minutes to get there. Not a whole lot of nightlife around the block. ,a KFC across the street for quick meals. Their Deluxe City View room listed on Agoda as 32 square meters is actually 22 square meters. The receptionist initially tried to give me a room that was 15 square meters, but I went back down to get the right room. The hotel and room itself is quite nice with a balcony. At night the watchmen won't bug you about bringing a guest home.

[Sorry previous review incomplete and submitted prematurely. Mistaken "Return" key for next line.]. I had stayed in this hotel before and was satisfied, and even recommended to friends. Returned for old time sake (even though I stayed in other more satisfying hotels). This time however something seems to be amiss. (1) Request for Queen size bed not met. I booked two rooms with a Queen size bed, but instead was given a double single bed on both separate days I stayed there. On both occasions, the request was not met. Male Staff was rather unhelpful. (2) Air-con was way below expectation. It was very hot and stuffy. Staff said they had not "switched on" (probably meant central switch was not on). It took a very long time to cool down, and even then it was not cool. Had to open balcony door for ventilation. (3) The hotel used to have a massage centre. Had good experience with a relaxing hot-stone massage. This facility disappeared after renovation. What a miss! (4) Breakfast was basic. I simply wished for the breakfast of my previous hotel in HCM City. Finally, I most probably will stay in the hotel again. Also disappointed with booking through Agoda even though I had booked most of my hotels through them many times. May now also reconsider using Agoda again. (I may share more detailed review in another websharing site for fellow travellers)

the hotel is located quite far from the backpacker's area to my surprise, although i was misled to believe that it was within that district from a glance at the map. it turned out that the distance between the hotel and the backpacker's district was at least 15-30 mins' walk. and when i eventually reached the hotel, i was told that it was fully occupied despite having booked on agoda earlier on. not a good start to my holiday it seemed, but thankfully the hotel gladly arranged a room for me at another hotel that was affiliated with this. and the consolation is, i was booked into a hotel that was much more centrally located.

It was noisy inside and out side, the room was very small, the breakfast not good and missing about everythings, WIFI above our room door wasn't working so we had to use slow other floor WIFI, staff scriming at each others in the hallway, the cleaning girls are living the rooms keys on top of the towels in a small unlucked hallway cabinet, the room safe was not attach, we don't see any of the three stars at this hotel and we got at many hotels in Vietnam...

Do they even change the sheets? I could barely sleep due to my allergy. The floor looks superficially clean but if you spill water you can see the droplets turn black. I lost my camera and they wouldn't let me see the CCTV.

Nice hotel, not much around though”

Didnt stay long so didnt get to explore the area much, but there didnt seem to be much around. Was a fairly nice hotel though

good 3 star hotel with low budget”

check in and check out without any issue, hotel staffs can understand basic English. Location of hotel although is not in the Ben thanh market but still consider near. 4 minutes taxi can reach the Ben Thanh Market.
