Our stay was wonderful, very clean apartment, WiFi worked well and the pool had a stunning view of the skyline and is very sweet to hang out on the deck! Would love to live there!

Disappointing ”

Cons; bed sheets were not clean, no toilet roll provided (we believe that is a necessity in all apartments/hotels etc), air con would not turn off. When we arrived the lights wouldn’t work due to the fact they had tripped in the consumer unit, the lift card we received only worked in particular lifts which was totally confusing. So there were times where we were stuck in particular floors and unable to get down until someone else got in the lift, we only worked this out until our penultimate day in the apartment. Also there is an an emergency exit staircase but it’s locked, so we couldn’t even walk to our floor. The swimming pool only has 4 sun beds, so many people had to lay on the ground with their towels, or just sit at the tables provided which isn’t exactly luxurious or comfortable. I understand it’s not a 5 star luxury spa, but at least provide more beds. Pros; the gym is well maintained and has some good equipment. The TV had YouTube which was nice.

Not okay in term of inquiries assistance ”

Asked for preferred check in time. After requesting check-in time. A staff said he will check and get back to me. It was almost 2:00 pm (standard check-in time) and he said the room is ready. What is the point of asking preferred check-in time when you can’t get the room ready on time? I’m a regular here, hope it would get better next time!

Few minutes from the City center, check in is convenient, we enjoyed the swimming pool and response quickly to my queries

The worst apartment group in HCM city”

After we check-in, we took a break and went to restaurant for dinner, but when we finished dinner and back to apartment, all of our luggages and was stolen! Of course we’re trying to contact the agency but no one answer, eventually we called police to figure out the problem but it was not working. The apartment group told us they would give out luggage back next morning, very crazy, how we can take a shower and sleep that night, everything not make sense! Thief!

Nice apartment with gym and pool”

The apartment is really clean and fitted our need perfectly. The gym was a good size and sufficient. I very like the swimming pool where my group spent lots of time there. The host was fantastic.

Lovely apartment”

I've stayed in many apartments in this complex but this was by far the nicest. Lovely little touches make it feel very homely. Would recommend highly.

Good value / ok location ”

the value is good i guess, the wide angle pictures do not reflect the actual size of the room. The room is actually smaller, so is the bathroom. It is more an hostel, and you can get a better room with an actual hotel with breakfast included. Even though it is easy to get a grab or a taxi, i would not recommend this location for the first time Ho Chi Minh visitors. Stay in District 1 , it is where you will find all you need to see. The host communication was good.

Perfect conditions”

We really enjoyed the stay. The apartment were good equipped and clean. All attractions we wanted to see were in walking distance. Pool and gym are great as well.

3 jours de vacances à Hochiminh ”

L’appartement est conforme au photo. Il est situé dans un énorme complexe d’appartements . Piscine et salle gym agréable. Heureusement que des gardiens sont là 24h pour expliquer le fonctionnement des cartes, boîte aux lettres, étages ... le soir le pont qu’on prends pour aller à pied dans le centre est occupé par des sans domicile et autres. Ils ne sont pas agressifs mais le contraste nous a frappé ainsi que notre fille de 8 ans. Dommage que l’on ai pas put choisir l’étage. Happy Hochiminh.
