The hotel put very nice fragrance at lobby , guest room , blanket , pillow and towel. I really love this uniquenesses. Overall facility is very clean. Shower room and each part of room is also very clean. Staff is very active to help us such as guide for parking..etc. I made over cook toast but I’ll try to eat it. Staff approached me and offered to make a new ones for me. This is the best service mind.

Most Modern Hotel in Khon Kaen”
I really enjoyed staying at Xotel; I've stayed in 7-other hotels in Khon Kaen and this is simply the best most modern one so far. I will stay here again.

The location of the hotel isn’t in the heart of the city so you need a car to travel around. The hotel surrounded by many restaurants and you do need to go into small ally but overall it was great. The room was nice with all the amenities. It’s worth the price

Good location near KKU. No extra facility like pool or bar. The room is clean. Staff is very nice. We arrived a bit early, the reception allowed us to check-in before 2 PM.

Pro Room is clean Bed is comfortable There are 2 large pillows and one snall pillow per bed (twinroom), personally I don't think these are necessary. Con No slippers Having two chairs would have been bice The shower glass partition in the bathroom is too short, you can expect to flood your bathroom with water.
