Very good service and they even provide free hitea”
The staffs there are mostly ladies, as we arrived, they greeted us well n explained well, told us got free hi tea provided at rooftop on top of free breakfast... They only have 1 small lift so 1 of d staff climbed stairs to 5th floor wait n greet us at room! Another staff let us go up lift 1st, then go 2nd round moving all the luggages... The climate is when my husband wana give some amount of money as a tips, the staff rejected and said is not needed in taiwan! This kind of services make us feel really comfortable with... They have built in private onsen in bathroom, though is not big but just nice to relax...

As soon as we arrived, the front desk staff came out and received us at the taxi; that was a very nice and unheard of and a great start to our stay. However, the most amazing help that they provided was when I realized I had "misplaced" my passport. After franticaly looking for and and not finding it, I remembered I visited another hotel. They offered to call the hotel and ask them if I had left my passport there. To my surprise, they said it was there so I was going to get a taxi but they actually sent someone to the other hotel to pick it up for me. Totally, totally amazing. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you!!!

location is good and near to public hot spring area. room is clean and nicely decorated. check in is smooth and hotel staff provide detailed explanation on facilities. hot spring available in the room. comfortable bed. comprehensive tv channels. breakfast is good. vegan food available. rooftop is view point and foot spa. restaurant staff is polite. thank you.

Japanese style onsen hotel. Cosy and nice hotel that comes with onsen tub in the room. Staff were friendly and helpful! The breakfast is simple yet delicious. Homely feel. Worth the price!

Affordable Zen Hotel in the Heart of Jiaoxi”
Staff are very helpful and warm people, they gave a map of nearby street food, booked taxi and helped me enjoy the stay. The hotel has its own private bath onsen, and you can enjoy the mineral rich water. The breakfast has fruits, bread and typical taiwanese food. Will definitely book again.

Good location, just walk down to grab a bite or to enjoy the fish spa. Blu-ray movies were available free in the comfort of our rooms too.

Amazing hotel, staff were friendly and went above and beyond - from helping to unload and load the luggages off our car, delivering the luggages to the room, and even having a staff explain the facilities in the room. Rooms were spacious and well equipped. Hotel was located near the park and main street.

Comfortable Stay, Great!”
Room with private Onsen, we all enjoy it. Children happy on the varieties of movies provided. Tea time snake served on the top floor, simple & relax with great view. We really like it, just regret that we should stay one more day.

Best hotel for kids and couples”
The rooms are true to pic. Very clean and very comfortable beds. Their customer service was fantastic! Hot spring bath in the room was of a good size that can fit a family of 4. The bathhouse located on Lvl 1 was bigger though. Free afternoon tea daily apart from breakfast and free parking was a plus point for us.

Amazing staff at a great location!”
The staff was really polite and helped with my every need. Room was clean, but the soundproofing could be better. Parking is directly across from the hotel, but you’ll need to notify the hotel first. About 5 minute walk to the tourist area!

Boutique hotel that reflects Taiwanese hospitality”
We like this small boutique hotel esp its cozy eating place at level 6th. Appreciate the daily fresh fruits at breakfast and tea time as well as warmth, friendly staff who make time to chat and provide necessary information with that passion in service. Can't help but to compare with a much bigger hotel we stayed at Taipei City during this trip too. Though the breakfast spread is small as compared to the bigger Taipei hotel, the quality (freshness and taste) is superb. So if you are looking for a taste of Taiwanese hospitality including breakfast and tea, I will strongly recommend this boutique hotel. Room is clean and cosy including 'onsen' bath but must say is a little small for 3 person even though we booked a triple family room.

Great little boutique hotspring onsen hotel. The bathroom a bit small than expected but still big enough for two. Staffs are very attentive and friendly. Would be good if there is a speaker in the bathroom since one might spent a bit of time there. The only drawback is it’s still a bit of a walk from the train station. Breakfast is pretty good very local ingredients

a cozy hotel with private onsen”
Love the design and interior of the hotel. Very cozy and Japanese like. The room is not too big but the bathroom with the private onsen in every room is spacious enough. In-room TV has some kind like Netflix feature which is not bad at all and it has a parking lot just opposite of the hotel so there will be no problem for those who plans to rent a car. Breakfast is not too many options but the garlic bread spread is so so delicious! The afternoon shift receptionist shared a not too practical suggestion on how to go to Mr. Brown Castle Cafe and Lanyang Museum, which is by train and once i reach Wai Ao train station as suggested, there is no one there so i have to walk around 30 minutes to Lanyang Museum because there is no taxi, no bus, not even a bike to go there from that train station, so it is better to rent a car or just pay for whole day taxi to go around Yilan.

Great Hotel with Friendly Staff”
We enjoyed the hotel tremendously. Only feedback was the spread of the breakfast was very limited and the rooftop was supposed to have an open-air foot spa for soaking your feet but it looks like it’s not been used in a long time. Would stay here again but will probably not take the breakfast and lower my expectations on facilities. Room was very clean and nice though.
