เห็นแก่กรุ้ปใหญ่มากเกินไป”

จองจากอโกด้า เลือกห้องริมธารน้ำตก ในตัวรีสอท แต่เราไปถึงมืด เพราะรีเซฟชั่นไม่รับโทรศัพท์ เลยทำให้หลงทาง พอไปถึงรีสอท จับเรามูฟไปไว้ห้องริมเขา ซึ่งเป็นคนละที่กับที่เราจอง บรรยากาศน่ากลัวมาก เอาเราไปนอน พอเราคอมเพลน บอกว่า เราไม่ได้จองห้องแบบนี้ พนักงานกลับบอกว่า พอดีกรุ้ปใหญ่เค้ามากันก่อน เลยต้องรับกรุ้ปใหญ่ แล้วก้อมาขอโทษเรา บอกว่าจะคืนเงินส่วนต่างให้ เราบอกว่า เราไม่อยากได้เงินคืน เราอยากได้ที่พักที่เราจอง ช่วยมูฟกรุ้ปให้เราด้วย เค้าบอกเค้าทำไม่ได้ บริการแย่ ถึงแย่มาก ใครคิดจะจองที่นี่ คิดให้ดี ถ้าคุณไปช้าแค่ถ้าลุกค้าวอลค์อินมาก่อน เค้าตัดห้องที่จองกับอโกด้าไปเลย เราจองกับอโกด้าแบบตัดเงินจากบัตรเต็มจำนวน แต่ได้บริการแบบนี้จากรีสอร์ท ถือว่าให้ติดลบ 100% ครับ
