The owner and his family were very very nice took us to some nice spots and made great breakfast! You are right on the river side and can watch the fishermen at work! Very lovely and special place to stay! thanks again

I like everything here, clean &amp; neat. Comfy bunk bed (provided with fan &amp; air con). You only pay 10 bucks per night includes amazing breakfast. It is not close to the airport but it’s easy to get there by airport van (250 THB&#47;trip) the homestay provided a lot of activities options. Khun Jah (the owner) &amp; Khun Jeab are the great host I’ve ever met. As I was staying there alone (nobody else) and they brought me to visit many places, visiting their friends. Hahaha I did not expected that but it was fun to roamed around with them. I’ll visit them again, very soon :) PS. All foods &amp; Drinks in Chumphon are cheap, do not worry and do not hesitate to visit this amazing town called Paknam :D - Much love from Beer!
Honestly, I did not find anything I don’t like here. I love local activities and I just love seeing the boat pass by :)

If you love traditional river lifestyle you would love this hostel. You will feel like home, comfortably and very friendly staff.
Inside wall between each room have many bats. But the owner will fix it soon.

Feeling like home at Jah&#39;s homestay”

There is nothing not to like here! Jah and his family are so lovely, helpful and accommodating. The place is really nice, right on the river with nice hammocks to chill, close to the daily&#47;weekend market, amenities, the beach, the pier arriving from Koh Tao and it is a nice opportunity to see how people live in a fishing village. Jah got out of his way to pick us up&#47;drop us to the pier&#47;train station and spent time with us and took us to some sightseeing near the area. I cannot recommend Jah&#39;s homestay enough!

This is the 1st home stay I&#39;ve stayed in before and any others will have a lot to live up to! Jah is a brilliant host. Very friendly and speaks good English. He is accomodating and will happily help with any questions. Breakfast was very tasty with lovely coffee and jasmine tea. Will definitely recommend this stay to anyone.

What should I say, it was a wonderful experience. I actually booked this homestay because recommendations were so positive and now here‘s another one. I spent my first thai day here and after a long travel it was just perfect to have Jah care for you. He brought me to some local market to get food and is just so caring and helpful with everything. This was a great place to stay. Jah was very warm&amp;kind.And helped out with any questions​ i had &amp; was able​to​ get schedule​ a bus terminal and train station. Everything necessary was provided​ &amp;​ hot water too (which is necessary at this time of year to the chilly rain). I definitely recommend​ this to other who are in Chumphon.
