Brand New Hotel in a Great Location”
This is the almost perfect hotel. It is really in a great location. It is located across the dam from downtown Dalat, at the bridge that crosses over. It is on small side street that doesn't get traffic, so it is quiet. It is a beautiful, new building that seems out of place with the surrounding shops. The lobby is well appointed with chandeliers, modern furniture and friendly staff. We arrived late and were suppose to get a room with one bed, but what they had available was a room with two beds. The room was very nice with armoire, upholstered chairs and table, fridge, drawers, and desk/vanity. The bathroom was very large with tub, shower curtain and floor mat. There was no in-room temperature control but we were always comfortable. The negative was that the rooms have little open cut outs above the door that provide cross ventilation so there is no glass. It allows sound to travel freely into and out of the room. It's always good to travel with earplugs. As the window in the hall was open I imagine mosquitoes can enter into the room through these openings too. I travel with plug-in mosquito repellant and found the bathroom outlet was the only one useable for this. Breakfast is on the top floor and when a tour bus has deposited people at this hotel they will have a buffet breakfast with quite a selection of food including an egg station. When there is no tour, breakfast is ordered from a menu. It is adequate. Don't bother putting the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door knob. Housekeeping completely ignored it (actually put it back in the room) and cleaned the room anyway, working around all the stuff left out because we didn't expect them to enter. The in-room information book says there is a safe in the room, but this is not true. So we put our moneybelt in the lobby's safe. Wifi was spotty. As we did a lot of walking around Dalat we found this hotel was close to the sights: the Crazy House, Bao Dai Palace, lake and surrounding parks, and train station.

Pleasant stay at Rum Vang II”
The hotel is located close to Best Western Hotel and therefore, within walking distance to the Dalat Market, the lake and the church. We stayed for a night and found the staff to be helpful, friendly and honest. They booked us a metered taxi to Datanla Falls and helped us save cost by booking us on a Mini Bus for airport transfer to Dalat Airport. The staff was also helpful in giving directions to the attractions around the hotel. Our room was reasonably clean and well ventilated. Internet connection was good. However, there was a blackout for about 15 minutes during our stay. Thankfully, we were already curled up in bed. Breakfast was buffet style with a reasonable variety of choices including a warm bowl of Pho, which was much appreciated considering the cool weather in Dalat. Hotel is only 30 mins plus away from the airport.

good place to sleep in Dalat”
This hotel is good place to sleep in Dalat and not expensive. All services are very good. I went to Dalat early morning around 05.30 am. but I can get in for sleeping at its lobby and then its staffs told me that my room was ready to check in around 8.00 am so it was good for me to take a bath before travelling in Dalat.

Good location”
Only stayed for one night and got the impression that most of the guest are young vietnamese travelers. Rooms are good standard. Nothing fancy but suitable and clean. There is a garage for motorbikes/cars. Walking distance to all city center attraction in Dalat.

Clean, Quiet and Comfortable”
hotel is located away from the main road in a side street as such is very quiet. being a new hotel, room and bathroom are very spacious and tip top condition. breakfast is either buffet or from a set menu, depending on hotel occupancy, served on the top floor with a bird's eye view of city and lake. walking distance to shopping areas is about 8 mins. in room wifi is weak. many tv channels. the only noise you get is early in the morning from 6.30am. from the dragging of chairs from the dining room on the 6th floor. unless you are an early riser, request for a room on the lower floors towards back of hotel. *if you book the phuong trang bus from hcm, shuttle bus is provided to and from this hotel.

It is a lovely hotel - well located right in the middle of the downtown. Nothing to complain about - the interior was nice and pleasant, the staff was polite, the breakfast at the roof top restaurant was fine. It is a good city hotel.

Central, new and clean hotel, vietnamese style”
Great new and clean hotel with spacious rooms. The location is actually very good, just a minutes from the market. Negative points are paper-thin doors and accoustics outside the rooms making for a noisy stay, even the cleaning staff talking was amazingly loud. The breakfast room and food was great, though if you're wanting a western breakfast your options are mostly the baguette and pork roll section and the on-the-spot fried eggs. Breakfast serving ends at 8:30 wich might be early for someone on a lazy holiday. The cleaning people wanted to come in in at 8 am once, and then hadn't come back when we arrived at 3 pm, possibly a misunderstanding. The other days they were early first, but then did arrive. So it's a bit geared towards Vietnamese people who tend to be up early so the noise is not an issue, and for whom the breakfast beng early and mostly vietnamese is good. It's still a very good value for anybody though.

OK for short stay”
We've spend two nights in that hotel, our room was quite big and clean but dark. No bed lamps - no reading in bed :( No aircon, but Dalat is much cooler than the rest of the country. Breakfast suitable more for Vietnamese customers, European/American food is limited. You can get freshly fried eggs/omlettes, bread, meats and fruits.

I were impression with friendly hotel's reception”
I had a really nice holidays in this hotel. It's in a convenient location so i just need to spend 3 or 4 mins to walk to restaurants or many coffee shops. Moreover Hotel is near by Da Lat market where i can buy souvenir for my friends and u also can buy jam or vegetable, the most famous thing in Da Lat, in this market.

Nice new hotel in good location ”
Brand new hotel located in small side street.5 minute walk into main part of town.Hotel is clean and staff are friendly. We were given upgrade to suite on the 5th floor but this is located directly below the kitchen so at 4.30am we were woken to the sound of breakfast preparation(very loud)..we asked to be moved to a lower floor which was arranged for us without too much fuss.Deluxe room was much better with better bed etc.(no sheets used on suite beds and softer mattress). We would have to say this hotel would be one of the noisest hotels we have ever stayed in..You could hear noise from different floors eg..talking ,doors closing, coughing etc..I think this a construction problem. Conclusion..NIce hotel but has noise issues..

You get what you pay for...”
Pros: Fantastic location, walking distance from the main night market and lake. Fairly quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of the main road and market area. Cons: Staff were friendly, but not trained enough to assist if I could get a late check out. They said they needed to see if other bookings would happen. I asked if they could check their system but they said no, they just would wait for someoje to book my room first. I said it made no sense, if the room isn't booked, I want a late check out. They still refused to even check the system. I used to work front desk at 5 star hotels in Waikiki. I know how these systems work. They didn't listen to my advice to check the system after repeated requests. No heater in room and window was broken with 2 inch open gap that couldn't shut and the cold night mountain air fills the room throughout the night. Shower uses solar water heating, so there's never hot water. Warm water lasts literally 45 seconds before turning ice cold.

Clean and friendly”
My parents stayed 4 days here and they were very pleased with the room which is nice set up and clean. The breakfast was also good. One thing that I am not satisfied is I booked the room because agodo describes it has lake view but my parents said that they could not see the lake from the room.

very new hotel and the location is strategic ..walking distance to the market but the breakfast preparation is so slow.. not buffet style ..we waited for long time.. wasted our time (maybe because not much guest seems like 8 of us was the only guest )

Clean room, good location”
Almost satisfied with the stay at RV. Staffs were so nice and friendly. since i booked deluxe room so, it was quite good. However, the hotel didnt soundproof their rooms so i felt extremely annoyed by other guests during morning time + super terrible sounds from hotel's kitchen. Breakfast was not so good but still acceptable.

If you can reach hotel at first drive, you are so genius. The road to this place completely like road to Mars. But it's really worth while you've visit. Staffs are so nice, place is so fine and yes, I've got a nice stay.
