We had an excellent stay for 2 nights and 3 days at Rupakot. The staff is highly professional, trained and courteous. The entire team headed by the Manager, Mr. Thapa, are always on their toes to leave no stone unturned to make your stay relaxed, comfortable and memorable. Special mention of the chefs for the delicacies, organic vegetables and local cuisine in particular , that they dished out with warmth and smile. Everyone starting from Shanti at the reception to Rom, Ashish and Bishal at restaurant were very nice and warm. Great place to visit. We would like to visit again.

Location of the Resort is amazing. Property is very well maintained. Food is good although a bit expensive but one may not have much choice as there is no other restaurant nearby. Staff is helpful. Although the Resort claim to provide airport pick-up and drop-off facility, they provide only shuttle bus service and that too at certain intervals/ timings Therefore, mind well that you may have to pay for the transport if timing of your flight is not matching to time of shuttle service.

Great location for laid back holiday”
The resort is 1 hr away from city - elevation gives a beautiful view of the Himalayan mountains. Since it's not close to the city mostly a laid back holiday with food, views and some Yoga. They helped us with a day trip to Pokhara & heli ride to ABC. Spcl thanks to Shantea for the hospitality extended.

Honest review after 2 nights 2021”
I normally don’t write reviews but this one definitely warrants awareness of the poor quality of this hotel. Firstly, this hotel is high up in the hills about 50-60 mins from lakeside Pokhara. There’s only a few shuttle services each day and yes they will pick you up from the airport. Make sure that you book a shuttle time before jumping on the shuttle. We were never advised by staff nor educated about the process until we were rudely kicked off the shuttle during one afternoon. Probably one of our worst experiences so far. We complained to management about their process and they accepted fault, apologised and organised another shuttle in 15 mins. There are only a few shuttle services each day and the last one will pick you up from lakeside at 4pm. If you haven’t had dinner by then, expect to pay an expensive dinner at the hotel restaurant as there will be nothing walking distance. Check in was fine, then a long walk up multiple flights of stairs to your room. The room was clean, we arrived on Valentine’s Day so they dressed the room with balloons and we got few roses, small cake and fresh fruit. Took a shower that evening and to my shock, the hot water only comes on after leaving the tap running for at least 15 mins. The shower head had near no pressure so each time we had to squat in the tub and use the hand shower instead. Imagine paying premium and having to sit for a shower. We addressed this to reception the next day and they said they would send maintenance, however nothing was done. 2nd day same issues no decent shower. The room had cable tv but due to the poor WIFI reception, it would drop out and freeze every 5 mins so watching a movie was out of the question. Facitilies - This hotel has no exercise area, no gym either. It does have a pool but no heating, so there was no one swimming in the freezing pool. Restaurant - The food is average, quite expensive and they will charge you for everything. The continental breakfast was lacklustre, having only b

Bad experience due to faulty Aircon.”
We had hard time staying there for a night. Air conditioning wasn’t working in room and the response from staff was slow. They couldn’t fix the problem and neither they changed our room. We spend our night in cold . Only slept for few hours due to cold. There was no one to receive call in reception after midnight and didn’t knew I had to call emergency number after 12 pm. When I realized it was already 0430 am in the morning when I got awake due to freezing. And got offered extra blanket after that. When checking out and after sharing my experience to the hotel staff they tried to ignore saying just sorry. No compensation no reduction or nothing was mentioned. We paid for the over priced dinner we had and left our way. Even they don't do room service for breakfast when it’s mention on their leaflets that they do with extra 30 percent service charge. Overall I think this resort is overpriced for what they offer and its not worth it for the money paid. We could not have good times as a couple as expected and for what we paid.

If you are looking for amazing views, 5 star services and mouth watering dining options then you must visit this resort. From Pokhara Airport it will take 1 hour taxi drive. Taxi will cost you around 1500-2000 NPR (One way). Roads are amazing and will straight drop you infront of the resort reception. Reception staffs are highly professional and will ensure quick check in with a refreshing welcome drink. Deluxe double room with balcony are the best options of this resort. You can try room 104/404 for stunning mountain views. Rooms are decorated with all 5 star facilities. From your balcony and a view point infront of these rooms will ensure you lifetime experience to watch mountains and Pokhara valley views from the top. Restaurant staffs specially Ms. Juny, are excellent in terms of all service aspects. Executive chef Mr. Thapa will personally takecare of your requirements and will take your reviews about food and services. Swimming pool, spa, panaromic view points all are excellent

Staying at Rupakot was best experience in Pokhara”
Rupakot rsort is situated 22 km approx from the city and at a height of approx 1100 mts and initially during our way up to the resort we were bit skeptical of our choice but just as we reached it was worth every penny. The climate up there is way better than in the city, view from the resort and rooms is awesome. The resort is very clean and maintained and was a good entertainment for the kids. We enjoyed it so much that we cancel our city tour to spend family time at the resort only. Panorama restaurant has excellent view and its quite peaceful romantic and you can see the entire city in d evening. Sunrise and evenings at the resort are unmatched. The reception, restaurant and other staffs were very welcoming and helpful. Overall it was a very nice stay and would thank Agoda for the best price and wud surely love to visit again.

Best place in Pokhara”
We stayed this hotel from 5th Nov~ 9th Nov 2016 and we spent really nice time. Although it is a little far from Pokhara city (takes 30 minutes from Pokhara airport by taxi) and wifi connection is not so fast, the view from the hotel and hotel staff are awesome! You can enjoy very beautiful mountains, lakes, and good atmosphere. Hotel staff(Mr. Sujan and Mr. Vino) are really kind, they taught us some areas which we should go and also they arrange some activities. We really appreciate it. Since this hotel was really nice, we want to go Pokhara again!

The resort was exceptional in terms of location but the resort jeep to Pokhara was expensive. They should reduce the rate by 40 percent to facilitate the guests as no other transport is available. Apart from that a wonderful place. Got beautiful view from my balcony of the majestic mountains at dawn. Restaurant food and staff amazing. Trout was delicious.
