      OUTSTANDING”

      Everything was perfect. Glad I stayed in SALTHILL portion of GALWAY. Beautiful location on the bay, only 20 minutes into town, but salthill has alot to offer in pubs & restaurants. Rusheen bay house was a great find. Thank you ANN & Patrick, they made me feel right at home.

      Solo Travel for a short stay”

      I'm traveling solo and had booked a double room thinking it ensured a room t the front of the house, it did not. But they were flexible and gave me an ensure large single room at the front of the house with the view of the Rusheen Bay I had wanted. Nice breakfast and very clean facilities. Only con is it is off a main road so there is a little bit of traffic noise, but this also makes it easy to locate.

      A lovely spot provided the weather is OK”

      Away from the cityvcentre, easy to find, niice view of the sea

      Our overnight stay was very pleasant. Finding Rusheen Bay coming from the South meant following the main coast road through the historic centre of Galway and on to a group of guest houses. The good price meant a room without a sea view on the second floor. The house was well kept and the recepton very cheerful. We drove about two km North to a small harbour overlooking good standard restaurant which was the highlight of our visit.

      Great stay! They have a cat though. My boyfriend is allergic so we had to stay away from the common areas in the house as much as possible. Great dining area for breakfast!

      Overall, it was okay. They say they are close to everything, however, we had to drive to the closest restaurant for dinner. The room was quite small, and certainly not represented by the pictures they showed. For example, they show a luxurious spa tub. Nope. Small shower. They show views . . . ours was of the back of other houses. On the positive, the bed was comfortable, the wifi worked okay, and the breakfast was good.

      The family room was very small ”

      We have four people in the group. This was the smallest family room in our whole trip. The beds were putting side by side and there were insufficient space to open the luggages. One of the beds were just put in front of the bathroom door. The breakfast was excellent with many choices.

      very nice b &b”

      everything that we needed to know was explained very clearly to us on arrival. the hostess was very friendly and the room was a good size and the bed very comfortable

      Our stay was very enjoyable and we were recommended to a lovely Italian restaurant that was just a 5 minute walk away for dinner.
