Business Trip to Canberra
This hotel is well located, reasonably priced and has good facilities. I was only in Canberra overnight so was unable to use most of the facilities other than dining.

Room situation.
Room lighting is inadequate and bathroom basins are far too small, would be better with one large basin instead of two very small basins.

Nice hotel, walking distance to Parliament House
First time at this hotel. The room was spacious and the location was good for my purposes. -- A bit loud if you have an atrium side room, but not too bad.

A+ location, uncomfortable stay
If you use Apple Macs forget about being able to plug in your power packs as all the powerpoints are at floor level. With no assistance coming from housekeeping I had to go to the supermarket to get an extension cable to be able to power my laptop. The rooms were extremely hot; even without the heater on at all.

A bit old and tired
On arrival we were told our room was not available due to flooding. The room given to us was old and tired. There were wear and scuff marks on the cupboards and walls and tiles were cracked in the shower. When changed to a second room the bedding was badly stained. When notified the staff immediately changed it.

Pleasant enough!
Room size, location, price.
Cannot fault this hotel. Room is large with a balcony (no view), food was good (a bit pricey), hotel has an indoor pool and spa (and sauna which I didn't use), parking is free, there is a bar, a restaurant and location is good. Take a walk around 10mins to the east and there are plenty of shops including a Coles and restaurants and cafes etc. I would stay there again.

Fantastic
Room / size / value for money
The shah was great and the room was great. The only thing I can fault is the price for breakfast. The price is way too high for a buffet breakfast when there was not much variety and a lot things were not refilled.
